How old are the kids? In June it is very hot there 40-42.
аватар babichenko
almost 4 and almost 7
were in June-July in Egypt - live
and here the hotel on the beach is also survivable
аватар Li-m3012
In Egypt, it’s easier to carry (by the sea), I just got to know the UAE when I flew, it says horror how hot it is, I didn’t even go on a single excursion.
аватар babichenko
we also have a hotel on the beach - golden beach

As for the review. Rested in Sharjah in May, we were offered a 70 dollar survey with a rise to the Burj Khalifa, but when it came to ordering tours, it turned out that there were no tickets for the day we needed, they just offered a survey for 50 USD.
After some thought, we decided to ride around the city on our own. And they didn't regret it! We took a free shuttle from the hotel to Deira City Center. We walked a bit, came to the parking of water taxis (abra) on the embankment of Dubai Bay (this is next to Nasser Square), for 1 dirham per person we were transported to the other side (we drove for 7 minutes, very interesting and beautiful view), brought to the Bar- Dubai, there is a market nearby and a couple of hundred meters from the Dubai Museum. We took a taxi from the Museum and went to the "Sail" - we paid 45 dirhams for a taxi, there we took plenty of pictures against the background of "Sail" and the surrounding area, walked to the "Wave" (Jumeirah Beach Hotel), rested a bit in the air-conditioned bus stop))) we caught a taxi and went to Burj Khalifa. We paid 35 dirhams for the trip, walked for a long time in the mall, watched the aquarium, fountains, a lot of impressions once again ... from there we took a taxi to Deira City Center - it cost us about 30 dirhams.

Continuation:
and from there, after 20 minutes (it was already 9 pm) we left on a free bus to our hotel. Bottom line: 110 dirhams for three (!) For a taxi, a lot of free time for walking and taking pictures where and how we wanted and how much we wanted - no one urged on time.
I think it’s much more profitable on your own. Together with food, we spent $ 20 per person, and there are incredibly many impressions))))
I didn’t personally go to Abu Dhabi, but people lived with us at the hotel who hired a taxi for the whole day ($ 100) and rode around the sights of the capital for their own pleasure.

By the way, I also rested in the Golden Beach Motel )))))
a big plus - the 1st line, a huge beach, where, sorry, you won’t push with anyone on the shore or in the sea))) All free buses to Sharjah and Dubai start from this hotel, so there will always be enough places You))) I really liked the hotel, well, it’s very good, and we also got a nice price))) there will be questions - write, I’ll be happy to help;)
аватар babichenko
thank you, dubai review has disappeared))))
from the hotel to the city center and dubai mall?
and in Sharjah, where is the center too?
Is there any store within walking distance or is it all at Carlton?
in general, did someone mention a free transfer between golden beach and carlton, does this exist or is it a myth?
settles where it is better on the first or second floors?
The kitchen, as I understand it, is no longer there, but do they give a kettle? hairdryer?

Buses are taken from the hotel (take the schedule at the reception) in Sharjah: 1 time in the afternoon - to Central Souk (in our opinion - "Paravoziki" :)), along the way, you can get out a little earlier and walk to Sharjah City Center (with a large supermarket Carefur)
3 times to Dubai - in the morning, afternoon and evening. The bus makes near Deira City Center and then to Nasser Square. You can take a taxi to Dubai Mall from the city center, or you can take a water taxi to the other shore and then take a taxi.
Turn behind the Sharjah Premier Hotel, go a little deeper - and in front of you is a shop, but the supermarket has everything and is much cheaper.
I won’t tell you about the transfer between hotels, I wasn’t interested somehow ... we walked if necessary.
We lived in room 214 - the 2nd floor suited me completely, the rooms are the same, either on the 1st floor or on the 2nd floor, but since you are with children, you can ask for the 1st floor so that you don’t walk up the stairs.
There is a kitchen! Refrigerator, lockers)) sink, mus. bucket (look at the photo, I added, or in the description of the hotel or in my profile). Cutlery, glasses, plates, kettle, ice: ask - they will bring! everything is there))
By the way, I wrote a little higher that I spent $20 with food. per person while walking around Dubai... not true!
аватар marsez
we didn’t eat, we only bought water and everything cost about 12 USD, and we spent 20 USD another time :)
Oh yes, there is a hair dryer! and the phone is still above the toilet))
аватар babichenko
I meant that the tiles were removed - do not cook porridge for children
Can I have some kind of reference point where you need to get off in order to get to the city center? and then they take it from the locomotives? Is the hotel bus marked somehow? well, i.e. different from the rest, so as not to confuse
Damn, it’s a pity that the bus doesn’t go to Dubai Mall, but is there something to see with children in the city center and Nasser? and somehow shopping is the least of all interests
аватар marsez
As for the plate, I was not interested, they can give if you ask.
On the hotel bus, the brand name of the Carlton network and the inscription Carlton Hotel, they take you back from the trains at 19, but the taxi is not expensive either - 10-12 dirhams. There is an album of Golden Beach Motel in my profile, look, there is a photo, you can see on it, where to ask the driver to stop.
Well, in the Dubai Mall - a taxi, in principle, is not expensive, you can spend money 1 time.

With 2 children in the midst of the heat, of course you can, but extreme
аватар Li-m3012
I have children of the same age + one year old. I flew to the Dominican Republic for the New Year. Everything is super. at [email protected] as you were.

Today, acquaintances said that 3 years ago they were given an electric stove for temporary use))) maybe they will give you, or maybe just not all rooms have it?
аватар babichenko
I understand that they give a kettle at the hotel, do not take your own? the same with the iron and hair dryer?
What time do towels come out? otherwise we have a decent time difference, I'm afraid that we will be on the beach at 6 in the morning
Are water and tea free at dinner?
soup for dinner? and porridge in the morning?
аватар marsez
We didn’t use an iron, so I can’t answer anything, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Towels start to be handed out closer to 8, so the first morning you will have to lie on bath towels)))
As a rule, half board provides for 2 meals a day, but drinks at lunch (dinner) for a fee. I was at breakfast, so I won’t say for soup, there was something dairy in the morning - but I didn’t eat, I won’t say what kind of porridge and how tasty)))
аватар babichenko
they just wrote somewhere that water seems to be free at dinner, so I’m interested
аватар marsez
maybe so ... it's cheap there, so don't worry, you'll get drunk))
аватар babichenko
thanks for answers
we flew now
аватар marsez
Soft takeoff and landing and
have a nice holiday!!
come back - write how it went;)
аватар Li-m3012
And we'll be waiting for feedback
аватар babichenko
everything went great
The hotel lived up to all expectations.
hard 4- in the Turkish-Egyptian scale
I only missed a little bit of a playground
well, if the bass was cooled - in general, he would not have a price
I can also note from the things not described - free Wi-Fi and 3 times a week transfer to the sugar center and 3 times a day to the outlet mall from Carlton (they will take you to Carlton if you warn in advance)
аватар Li-m3012
