I was in this hotel in December. Near the hotel there is one small grocery store (3-5 minutes). If you walk 15-20 minutes, then you can really walk to several large supermarkets, an exchange office, a metro station. There is no park or square nearby. Busy streets are not about Dubai at all))) Except in Deira.
