We went from Aladdin - everyone was satisfied (they came, took them, showed them, brought them back). Aladdin does not pick up tourists from Ajman (this is a fact), and if you order a survey, you need to get to the station yourself (they will tell you which one, I don’t remember exactly now). There is another company that provides tours - Arabian Knight, it also works like Aladdin (as far as I know).

Firstly, a hundred times, before giving money, check whether they will pick you up from the hotel or have to get to some point on your own. We were firmly convinced that they would take us away (it was important to me, because I have two small children). As a result, they took the money, and when it came to the trip, they made round eyes and said, if you find more tourists, then we will take it. I had to take a taxi myself. After the tour, they wanted to deliver only to the hotels closest to them, until the half-bus raised a riot, only then they took us to the hotel. We bought tickets to Vail Wadi from them, they didn’t pick us up at the hotel either, the bus was half an hour late, no one accompanied us, and therefore, with all the tourists from all over the UAE, we had to stand in a general queue for entry bracelets. And the tickets are cheaper than those of Aladdin. They said they would pick me up at 4 o'clock (so early for some reason), but the bus was again late for half an hour. We are with 2 small children and another one with a small child, at 4 o'clock in the sun at 40 degrees outside under exhaust gases (there are a lot of cars and buses) - it's very tough! miraculously we were able to take a taxi to the hotel. Horror!

I wanted to plan a trip in advance, All they answered was "when you arrive, then we'll talk." When I had already arrived, I called them from the hotel again to find out about the prices for excursions and the schedule - I got through only on the second day, there were beeps and they didn’t pick up the phone, and when they had already raised they said only their address, come they say and we’ll tell you everything, but by phone no time to tell. As a result, we took excursions from our guide at the hotel and were very satisfied. And we also had to pay when leaving the hotel for all calls from the room, even those when I did not call.
