I, too, can’t say anything good about the UAE, unfortunately. Cheap hotels in Sharjah and Ajman, I lived in Ajman Palace, but you need to go to Dubai. In Dubai itself, I also considered housing, but there the sea is so-so in terms of cleanliness and hotels are one and a half to two times more expensive. Fujairah is very nice, hotels and the sea are normal, but it's a long way to go to Dubai.

for those NOT vaccinated:
if they arrive from a "red" country - quarantine + PCR on the 9th day
if from "green" - test on arrival and tests on the 6th and 9th day
if vaccinated:
