We returned from this aparthotel a week ago. Satisfied with everything - location, food - excellent! Near the hotel, bypassing Starbucks and Mcdonalds, there is a walking street along a large beach. At the reception, ask for towels and an umbrella - they give out along with the bag. There, ask for the schedule of the free shuttle service from the Sheraton Hotel - it is located opposite Starbucks - to Dubai Mall Emirates. Or go straight to the main entrance of the Sheratona and they will tell you there too. Between the skyscrapers in this area there is a pedestrian zone, to get there, exit the elevator on floor P (Plaza) and go in the opposite direction from the restaurant where the morning buffet is served. The nearest supermarket will be there. Tip: buy an Australian mango - it's amazing!! The second supermarket is located across the road, you can go to it under the bridge where the construction is going on.

I want to add: look at the weather forecast for your dates. During our trip it was +22 +24 and windy! the water in the Persian Gulf is cold +20 by the sensations - you won’t particularly swim))) In the pool, the water is warm (access to it through the restaurant). It's the best for walking around the city!
