Первый раз в ОАЕ First time in the UAE

Before going to this hotel, I looked for reviews about it. There are very few of them and mostly three years ago. Therefore, I decided to make it pleasant for those who wish to visit this particular hotel.
1) The rooms are all more or less decent - you can not give money when you check in;
2) The pool is the size of a palm - do not believe the elongated photographs, besides it is unheated (it was possible to climb into it only once in a week);
3) Cuisine - this is the main minus - I will not describe emotions, only facts: a standard set of dishes every day for lunch: pasta, rice, boiled vegetables, stewed beef, 4 salads - of which only the Greek type is edible and finally - cheers ! ! ! one day a chicken, one day a fish. That is, in a week, not to mention more time, you will get so tired that even a howl of a wolf !! ! For dessert, only dried watermelon and jelly. Once a week they gave tiny cookies that were on weight of gold.

4) The lobby bar and the pool bar do not work at all, so as not to be written in the annotations to the hotel. That is, there is nothing to do in the hotel in the evening - the door to the roof is closed and you can’t even just sit at the tables, admire the moon.
Of the pluses, the most wonderful person is the administrator of the restaurant Lola, who will help on any issue at the hotel, suggest good places in Dubai and always find time and a smile for everyone! For example, when my husband had health problems and we asked our guide from the company "DESERT ADVENTURES" (who was responsible for us in Dubai, that is, to whom we paid money for this) to MIROSLAVA to help us - they sent us culturally !! ! But Lola called an ambulance, waited for her with us, helped when communicating with the doctor and then all week she inquired about her husband’s well-being and empathized with him, and she did it not on duty, but from the bottom of her heart!
I also liked the honesty of the staff - even though the mini-bar remained in the room all the time - nothing was taken out : )
In conclusion: I don’t know why the hotel was awarded 4, according to various reviews, I realized that in many ways even the best conditions are in triples.

And the host company "DESERT ADVENTURES" did not even bother to inform the time of departure (and not only specifically for the two of us, but also for several other tourists from different flights), if it were not for the hotel transfer, they would probably have forgotten about us, well, yes , well, we didn’t buy tickets for excursions from them (which are actually 10-30 dollars more expensive per person for any excursion, although the conditions are exactly the same). Therefore, I advise you not to be fooled by stories that allegedly licenses and security are only hotel guides, on the beaches there are representatives of the Aladdin and Arabian Night companies, the conditions of which are identical in price and quality - take excursions from them - do not let large corporations cash in on you and at the same time consider us sheep, from which you only need to shear wool, and they are not interested in the problems of sheep...
