Now about the hotel: the plus of the hotel is the location to the metro station (2-3 minutes walk) and to Rigga Road. The hotel itself is not new, but quite decent. There is a fridge in the room. air conditioning, free safe, tea set (replenished on the day of arrival), mini bar paid (expensive), we were told that alcohol can be bought at Duty Free at Dubai Airport (three metro stops) with your passport, they did not check it themselves, but there is no alcohol in supermarkets anywhere! We ate at the hotel normally, you won’t stay hungry (but this is not Turkey ). The only thing is that you can take one breakfast, so as not to waste time and not be attached to lunch. Prices for groceries in supermarkets are the same as ours. The cafes are also relatively cheap.
In general, the hotel is a C grade, the fourth "star" is the restaurant administrator Lola, the only Russian-speaking person in this hotel. Feel free to contact her for all questions, always with a smile on her face she will tell and tell you where to go, how to get there, etc.

You don’t have to take a tour of Dubai, it will be more interesting to see it yourself, but Abu Dhabi is worth a trip! Be sure to buy a subway card (silver card) for everyday trips, it costs 20 dirhams (6 card + 14 per account) is the minimum, and then just top it up. If you take a one-time ticket, it is 2.5 times more expensive.
Taxi can be hailed everywhere, it is relatively inexpensive, but if you get stuck in a traffic jam, a simple one counts every minute, so a trip of 5 km can cost as much as 30 dirham . And traffic jams are almost always there...
Shopping malls are something! I really liked the Dubai mall & Emirates mall, you can spend the whole day there and not get around everything, the Deira city center carries a bus from the hotel, or the 1st metro station, but in general, almost everywhere you can take the metro faster and cheaper than a taxi! Be sure to go to the Festival city, but only by taxi (20-25 dirhams depending on traffic) there is something to see there, and there is also an IKEA shopping center.
We didn’t like Nasser Square, a lot of people, very reminiscent of Egypt and Turkey, they pull you, offer Chinese rubbish and fur coats “especially for the CIS”.
Gold is not cheap (chain 6 gr. - $ 500, a ring with a tiny diamond - $ 1000), though without bargaining. You can visit the vegetable and fish market, but who cares. Spices aren't cheap either.
On Al Rigga Street, not far from the hotel, in 10 minutes, there is Al Gureira, it is worth a walk.
Mall Rif & mall Burguman is not worth wasting time on them, there is nothing to do there.
Wafi mall is a shopping center for wealthy Arab women, and only expensive brands are represented in it. But you can look at the architecture itself. Everything is built in the Egyptian style, there are many statues of pharaohs, fountains, a luxurious SPA center.

The beach, Al Mamzar, every day carries a bus at 9, and picks up at 12-45, the entrance is 5 dirhams, a large, beautiful area, divided into several beaches. We went to the farthest beach, there are fewer people, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. The Persian Gulf was cool at that time, but you can swim. The beach is clean, there are small shops on the territory where you can buy bedding and all sorts of beach stuff. On the roof of the hotel there is a small swimming pool, who are too lazy to go to the beach, you can sunbathe there.
In general, this country is unique, I really want to return there again....
