The private beach is no longer private. Previously, the territory of the resort was only for vacationers in the industrial complex, but now absolutely everyone is allowed here for a small fee. Bottom line - there are not enough sunbeds for anyone, while you are swimming in the sea, they can easily throw off your things and pick up a sun lounger.
It used to be better, in 2015 it was pleasant and comfortable to relax here, there were never any problems with anything.

After our own course, we were sent to the 3rd Amra building, where we were accommodated in rooms of the 3rd category, although we paid for rooms of a different category with balconies, but they didn’t give us the keys (they had to be ordered at the reception), so we had to leave the rooms it is forbidden. This building has been renovated, but it’s scary to be in it: bare wiring in the bathroom, not to mention torn wallpaper and mold on the curtains. We called representatives of the defense industry complex in Moscow, only then did we begin to solve the problem with our settlement. The next morning, we were allowed to have breakfast in the dining room only because we had a child with us (because the previous day we had dinner in another dining room! ) Still, we found 2 rooms in the 1st Apsny building (the building was not renovated, but our rooms are balconies). They didn’t want to check in until 2 pm, although the day before they said something completely different. At the reception, no one wanted to talk to us, they were rude, and only after the next call made by us, we were given the keys. To say that the rooms are modest means to say nothing: the balcony doors open on their own, there are holes under the bathroom through which bugs enter the rooms, air conditioners work, but not always, the carpeting in the rooms and corridors has not changed, probably since the day building construction. We rarely went to the dining room and only because we needed to feed the child: the food is monotonous and tasteless, for lunch they give fruits (unripe). We preferred to eat in other cafes. If you go on excursions for the whole day, they give you dry rations: cucumber, apple, roll, 200 ml of juice. Later we found out that there are a lot of vacationers in the buildings, which the employees settle illegally for a lower fee. They themselves told us how much it costs to rent a room and how they visit cafes owned by the OPK on a general basis. When we left this resort, there was a desire to leave as soon as possible and never come back. Impressions from the rest in Abkhazia are spoiled forever.

Linen is changed only after complaints, the rest is not changed for more than 10 days. The food is disgusting, everything is cooked on margarine, there is no butter, only spread. The menu is compiled for one day with some adjustments, that is, the same thing. Buffet with elements of meat products only for lunch. Dinner and breakfast - only carbohydrates (pancakes, cottage cheese, cereals), no meat dishes. The administrator of the dining room constantly sits in the hall, does not direct anyone, does not respond to comments, takes everything that happens on the phone. It seems to be meals in two shifts, but there are no announcements about this, everyone comes on the first shift, there is not enough utensils and food, so there is always a crowd, swearing and confusion. The administrator only smiles and shows the footage taken on the phone, says that we are a herd. We from Russia are not respected here, some even hate us, but not only us, but also our President. Of the entertainment, only walking from building to building or to Pitsunda, the entire route is 1.5 km. In the evening from 19 to 23 hours in a cafe, a woman sings right under the windows, the repertoire is monotonous, it is not possible to go to bed, she sings very loudly. Around the resort, the pine forest is surrounded by a fence, that is, you cannot enter it. Barbecues are constantly being prepared, local horsemen drive around the territory, it was impossible to breathe fresh air. Only the sea and the sun are beautiful!

Consumer attitude towards vacationers. If you don't like it, don't come. The only big plus is the clean warm sea and pine trees. Everything else is below the plinth. We won't go there again.
