We rested with my husband and small children in August 2015. We lived in a junior suite on the first floor of the hotel. The price for the room does not correspond to the conditions of residence. The first impression was a positive large double bed with one mattress, sofa, table chairs, large closet, refrigerator. Everything at first sight is very good. In fact, the furniture is old, the bed is creaky, springs are felt in the mattress. Our window was broken, it didn’t close tightly, and in the bathroom there was a constant smell of sewerage, because of this the older child refused to go to the toilet at all. For several days, water was dripping from the heater and there was just a puddle on the floor before a hotel employee came and fixed it.
The hotel staff is unfriendly and uninterested.
There is no cleaning in the rooms, despite the fact that in the morning we asked to clean the room, a couple of times they came to us at 3-4 o'clock when the children had a daytime sleep, and of course there was no cleaning.
In the hotel itself, the guards smoke right in their room, the door is open, the smell is all over the floor, there was no reaction to our remark to the administrator with a request to resolve the issue with the security.
The hotel itself is located far from the center, where the market and the water park, go only by transport. There are many small cafes around, the music in which plays very loudly until late at night, again with our window problem it was very difficult to put the children to bed
Because of the dining room on the territory of the hotel, there is a passage courtyard, people are constantly walking, i. e. The area is fenced, but in fact it is not.
And another interesting point. When we were driving from the border, the driver who brought us up, having learned that we would live in a quiet valley, said that he would wait until we were settled, because there were cases when people came and their rooms were already occupied by others. We were lucky our room was free but not cleaned. And the cleaner’s phrase was very interesting: I thought you wouldn’t come and told the administrator that you need to check in other people (they apparently were), so we were really lucky, despite the fact that the estimated time is 12.00 and we arrived somewhere at 12.45
And the most unpleasant moment, due to illness, we had to leave earlier than planned and paid, the money was not returned to us, although it is obvious that after our departure new vacationers will be settled.
Before choosing accommodation in this hotel, think about the fact that your vacation may be spoiled.
