They are actively broken and taken away, and the African states do not have enough money to make new benches, as well as for many other things for the people, since the new and life-long presidents of African countries have not yet replenished their foreign personal accounts. In Africa, corruption is as active as in Russia. True, we are trying to talk about it out loud, and in some African countries, those who talk about corruption are simply eaten with seasonings and spices.
I thought the city was beautiful, because tourists from all over the world come here. An ordinary local village, for the development of which there is no money. Like, live at the expense of tourists, which the locals do. They are like flies, they do not let you take a step. They follow you and constantly mumbling that they sell all the cheapest. I walk and keep silent, as if I don’t notice him, but he follows and rumbles. When it starts to bother me, I stop and send him... to Mandela, a fighter for the rights of blacks.
Salvation for African cities and villages is a downpour that washes all human sewage into rivers, and those into the ocean. Part of the garbage is carried by floods through the forests, where wild animals die because of food bags that they chew because of the remnants of food in them, and monkeys drink the rest of beer and juices in cans and bags.
The city of Victoria Falls has been built and is being built somehow chaotically. Whoever wants what he wants, then builds as he wants, if the local chief is given money. I was amazed by the mass production of various figures from everything that is found. Some sculptures delight his artist, because they are made by simple, heavily tanned residents who have become masters of their craft. Apparently, there are more sculptures in this city than in all of Africa.
As I wrote, the prices for everything in Africa are simply wild. Almost many excursions are over a hundred dollars. For a walk with lions $150, an elephant ride $150. In Thailand, I rode elephants for $40. Eggplants show tourists everything that surrounds them. I thought, what if Russia shows Africans our snow and bears to tourists? Drink moonshine, since they have as many foreign strong drinks as full-flowing rivers, feed them with Siberian dumplings, pasties, mushrooms. Let advertising that after our snow they will become white. Thais are especially worried about skin color, who say that it is easier to find a job with fair skin.
