Extremely friendly people, attentive staff, and the kitchen is simply beyond words...we have never eaten anything tastier anywhere, we caught trout ourselves in a pond that was prepared for us on a barbecue, that's something. Our whole family was happy to spend their vacation in Smerekovo Dvor, now we will wait for spring to come back here again!

You won't even cook anything on the grill yourself - because you won't let the lady. Either pay money to roast your meat, or chew it raw. When you are praised by the hotel guide - do not believe it. They all sit as a percentage of how much you spend in the hut. Sooner or later, the lady will abandon her hotel. Respect to the workers of the hut.

Great apartment, very clean, cozy and comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the ski lift, ski equipment rental is available in the hotel itself. Also, the beautiful territory of the hotel, friendly staff, a colorful hut with such delicious cuisine that after a couple of days of rest you will most likely roll out here)) trout, shank, mushroom soup, delicious pickles, and I have not eaten the best tiramisu even in Italy itself.

I booked almost 4 months in advance, and 3 days in advance I called to clarify the dates, etc. The hostess confirmed everything to me by phone. Upon arrival, it turned out that we had a reservation from the next day and that someone messed up something and put us in a room for the hotel’s robots for a day, promising all kinds of discounts and concessions, which we never saw.

There is a terrible smell in the room. Probably treated with some kind of chemicals. Not weathered even in 20 minutes with an open balcony. The bathroom is an old Soviet hospital)) The bed is gray (it was not certain that it had been changed). There were crumpled linens in the closet on the top shelf. Refrigerator dirty (finally no words).
It was not easy to close the front door to the room. But when we managed to do it, it turned out that there was a centimeter gap in the door. Asked the manager to fix it. She said they might do it from Monday. We asked for another room, but no rooms were available.
We decided to check out of the hotel and asked for a refund. To which the administrator replied that she would return only half of the amount, since she would not accommodate anyone in this room today (according to what law ??? ).
As a result, with a fight, the money was returned in full.
Now about pluses. Well-groomed territory near the hotel, landscaping and all that.
But it is impossible to live there (the smell!!!!!!!!!! ). And it would not hurt to visit the sanitary and epidemiological station there.

Territory The hotel area is very nice. Any gazebos, swings, carousels for adults and children, a lake with trout, various cobblestones, Christmas trees, well, in short, pleasing to the eye. In winter, just look, and in summer, I think, will have fun with children. Oh yes, a wood-fired bath and a swimming pool with mountain water.

In summer it is probably beautiful, the river flows nearby, they say you can swim. In fairness, it should be noted that the hotel is trying to compensate for the non-operation of the lift delivery to other ski resorts, of course at your expense, such as IZKI and PLAY (to describe these resorts will not be worth a visit). UAH 50 per person, one hour in the car and you go skiing. Question. Why go to Zhdynyaevo?
The hotel itself is quite nice. On the ground floor there is a bar, restaurant (there is a hut on the territory, but the menu is the same). We booked rooms for a month, there were only two No. 3 and a suite (our friends lived there). When we arrived after Ternopil, we were upset, the hotel was already a little shabby, somehow we expected more from a junior suite, and even more from a suite. But then they got used to it, especially since they left every day and only spent the night at the hotel. The territory is very good, green, colorful, there is a place for children to walk. Our kids loved it and that's the main thing. Feeding for the picky is normal, but a little expensive. We only had breakfast, the vouchers were with breakfast, we dined a couple of times. Ate out. Trout is really caught in the pond on the territory of the hotel, in a couple of hours you can catch a small fish. Finally, I will say that we are very delighted with Transcarpathia. I liked it very much, from Zhdeniyevo you can go to Solotvyno, and to Beregovo, Mukachevo, Uzhgorod, there are places to go. Wonderful climate, beautiful "alpine" meadows - just a fairy tale!
