Reservation as a service exists but does not work, which, to put it mildly, ruins all your plans, the rooms are dirty and for some reason floor heating works in the summer, from this morning you wake up with a square head from stuffiness, the pools are cold, the staff is disgustingly unpleasant, that's it! The food is average and the portions are small, the check-in is late and it's all without apologies, but on the contrary.

Rest for three adults and a child cost 3700 per day, I think that you can find a great alternative. People, do not recommend! By the way, my review did not appear on their site))

Hello everybody! I want those who chose this holiday complex to know that you risk missing a vacation ...have been here for four days! ...and at the time of our convention, there weren't any people who weren't exhausted before! no one endured more than us))). the nature in the region is really wonderful, but, unfortunately, the terrible attitude of the owner, the administrator, as a consequence of all the staff makes the rest truly "unforgettable".

I want those who chose this holiday complex to know that you risk missing a vacation ...have been here for four days! ...and at the time of our convention, there weren't any people who weren't exhausted before! no one endured more than us))). the nature in the region is really wonderful, but, unfortunately, the terrible attitude of the owner, the administrator, as a consequence of all the staff makes the rest truly "unforgettable". The rooms are all dark, the bed is stained, the towels are also dark blue (when my maid did not show up in my room for four days, it all explained). The prices in the restaurant are really nice ....but after bringing the order, everything falls into place: portions are small, everything is overcooked, very fatty, the dish does not always correspond to conventional concepts, before the tables are not wiped, appliances are not served, order to wait 40-60 minutes (regardless of congestion).

It is impossible to make a reservation, especially across the border, or through any site, or by phone, do not provide any information, even if you can call them - it is most likely an answering machine. They do not respond to emails, Facebook or phone. It seems that the hotel is busy, and when you arrived - and no one there.

I was there two years ago, in the spring, I do not remember the exact date and this year I wanted to go there again with a large company. Probably will have to negotiate again through friends, and most likely I will go to another hotel. The rooms are far from ideal, but it's all nothing compared to the staff at the reception. This is the worst reception I have ever met, despite the fact that I am constantly on command and I live naked for several months a year.
