At first I couldn't book a room for a week. They told me that they wrote down on me, and when there is time they will throw off the number of the kata. A week later, I got to the hostess and it turned out that during this time they had already managed to book it. They offered a suite instead of a wooden house in a brick one, but because the children had already tuned in to a specific room, I had to book with relocation. I booked almost 4 months in advance, and 3 days in advance I called to clarify the dates, etc. The hostess confirmed everything to me by phone. Upon arrival, it turned out that we had a reservation from the next day and that someone messed up something and put us in a room for the hotel’s robots for a day, promising all kinds of discounts and concessions, which we never saw.
