It is impossible to make a reservation, especially across the border, or through any site, or by phone, do not provide any information, even if you can call them - it is most likely an answering machine. They do not respond to emails, Facebook or phone. It seems that the hotel is busy, and when you arrived - and no one there. I was there two years ago, in the spring, I do not remember the exact date and this year I wanted to go there again with a large company. Probably will have to negotiate again through friends, and most likely I will go to another hotel. The rooms are far from ideal, but it's all nothing compared to the staff at the reception. This is the worst reception I have ever met, despite the fact that I am constantly on command and I live naked for several months a year.
