Disappointing in the kitchen. The children's menu is prepared just like for adults, only smaller portions (they took two borscht, one for children and an adult brought the same borscht, sour and rich, only the difference in serving size, the same with chicken soup). In general, in the kitchen there is a feeling that the fatter and richer it is better. There is no attentiveness to the order in the kitchen (they ordered a salad without sour cream, they brought it more than once with sour cream, and on the last day they brought a salad from the children's menu with pepper, so much so that this salad was very spicy for an adult, but everything really changed) but already the attitude towards vacationers and so understandable. On the last day of rest, they ordered chicken kebab, 5 pieces, brought 2.5 (that is, as they later realized about the freshness of the chicken, it was a spoiled orstat) and did not immediately feel that it had a good smell, the children managed to try as a result, the next day, the youngest the child was poisoned, and we have to go on the road for more than 1000 km. we got to Rivne to the hospital where they helped (many thanks to the doctors) and we were able to go further, although the child felt a little better. For the kitchen, many thanks only to the confectioner, everything is delicious and of high quality. For the playground, what they write that everything that was killed is completely true, asked the staff to change the earrings on which the swing hangs, since they have a lot of wear, they said we will do it, but for 10 days of rest, no one did anything. And in the reviews of other vacationers there are already comments on the playground, where the administrator wrote that they had already corrected the comments indicated in the reviews, but no one had corrected anything. In the kids club for 10 days I saw the animator once, if you can call it that (the girl sitting on the phone) who does not notice the children. On the plus side, this is a spa complex, everything is good there, good staff. And of course, the nature that smoothed out all the disadvantages described above, before the child was poisoned. I do not recommend going to this resort, you can find better deals for the same price.
