I must say right away that after reading negative reviews about the Carpathians after NG, you will not find such wild things as the lack of hot water, heating, poor sound insulation or poor quality food here. This is more a story for those who compare good with great and are looking for just such places.
You understand that organizing a corporate event for so many people with families is not an easy task. A train from Odessa (one and a half wagons), delivery from Ivano-Frankivsk, accommodation in hotel rooms, food, recreation and entertainment, a bus every day to Bukovel and back, meeting New Year's Eve and many household trifles.
Why Lavender? Firstly, the hotel has its own closed area in a quiet, beautiful place on the banks of the Prutets River. Secondly, it has a developed infrastructure for recreation. Thirdly, it is close to Bukovel (8 km. )

As part of our company, there were mainly families with children (children from 2 years to 14) and young people. Therefore, our own large territory is under protection, the absence of strangers and transport - it matters for families with children. A children's room, a children's playground with swings and sledding slopes allow parents to relax a bit. A big plus of this particular hotel is the provision of services that are included in the price of accommodation - saunas and hammams with pools, a salt room, a gym, a cinema bar, a children's room, billiards, as well as barbecues with firewood and gazebos over the river. We have no analogues in the Bukovel region found - everywhere you will pay for the sauna separately from 200 to 500 UAH / hour. Also, you will not find a hotel with a closed area in Bukovel itself, usually all hotels are above the road, where everyone is in a hurry - people, horses, cars... If you go only for skiing, this is normal, but if with a family and small children - not really.
The most burning question for any Odessa citizen is to eat delicious food. Of course, we had a great time at the Lavender restaurant. . . This year the hotel invited a super-chef from Transcarpathia, who managed to surprise us. His own preparations and recipes, supplies of homemade dairy, meat and fish products, pickles - for 2 weeks not a single repetition on the menu. For the first time we tried venison in wine, wild boar cutlets, dumplings with cracklings, homemade baked sausages, trout with vegetables, pies with apple jam and cloves, matzoon in the morning : ) and much more... Every day the chef got up at 4 in the morning to knead and bake us homemade bread for breakfast. Dmitry - well done! The most interesting thing is that at the same time we did not gain extra pounds - everything was balanced and great! Thanks also to the hotel for organizing a computer accounting system in the restaurant and a sufficient number of waiters - a clear and fast service only added to a good mood.
Organization of New Year's Eve - 90% made by the hotel administration - presenter, musicians, artists, lottery, competitions, venison in the oven on the street, sausages and mulled wine. We just brought our fireworks and traditionally congratulated the children with gifts, our Santa Claus and Uncle Snow Maiden...
A short but very picturesque road through a fabulous winter forest was waiting for us every day in Bukovel. We brought our own bus - so we drove when we wanted, but we wanted to 2 times a day. There are a lot of interesting things in Bukovel: in addition to skiing, you can ride on a skating rink, horse-drawn cabs appeared, and a market operates. The weather spoiled us - it snowed all the time, approx. -5, and at the end - 17.
Wishes to the administration: to conduct a mini-ATS in the rooms - this is really not enough.
