It's a pity that such a beautiful place is spoiled by the hotel staff. If you want to enjoy your vacation and not get paid, look for another hotel.
The house is very nice and cozy, the rooms are nice and clean, the food is very tasty.
BUT!! ! First of all we were faced with lack of water and a clogged sink, later we came at the indicated time for lunch, but there was nothing on the tables and we had to wait. I had to wait on other days as well. There were also problems with water and clogged sewers throughout the holiday. In order to change towels, toilet paper and tidy up the room - I had to ask all the time. We never saw any coats. The sauna is located in the room where hotel guests live, who must be prepared that at any time other guests can come to them to relax, go to their restroom and shower.

New Year's Eve is a different story. The contract said that the show program, live music and New Year's table are included in the price. But later it turned out that you need to pay extra 1200 UAH per person. But we did not see half of the declared menu on the tables. From the show program - Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, who read a rhyme. Live music sounded from a young guy who clearly had not yet learned to play with dignity, and no matter how hard he tried, it was hard to listen. After the fireworks, they entertained themselves.
I will never go to this place again and do not recommend it.
