Last year we celebrated the New Year in the "Bear Tower" and were delighted. The program was chic, well done staff, service at the highest level. We waited for a whole year to visit this place again. And what was our disappointment when a DJ was just brought in for the New Year and the music of the 90s was played (although we were warned that there should be a retro 80s dress code, we bought completely costumes for 9 people). There was no entertainment program, no competitions, nothing at all, except bad music. Although the person for the New Year took 4500 UAH. At 3.30 they started assembling the tables, despite the fact that the guests were still sitting and trying to entertain themselves. The kitchen is good, but the waiters this year are rude, long served and sometimes not even suitable. (asked to bring the child muesli with milk, waited 45 minutes). When leaving, they even checked the pillows in the room, all the towels were shaking, it's so humiliating, as if some homeless people had stopped by.
There is still a lot to tell, because there is no limit to disappointment. We will not go there anymore, for such money, you can celebrate the New Year in any country of the world and get good service and a lot of fun.
