Owners' attitudes and lies on their part. When we called the owner named Oksana, she kindly told us that the pool is located on the estate and is functioning. After a deposit of 300 hryvnias was paid, we successfully arrived at the estate and noticed that there was NO POOL. The owners brazenly ignored all calls (called about 20 times).

An employee of the manor informed us that the SWIMMING POOL had not been installed for about TWO YEARS and the information about it was in fact a LIE. When we called the owner, we heard only screams, rudeness and refusal to return the deposit.
Conclusions:
1. Owner Oksana - a jerk and a liar;
2. There is no swimming pool on the territory;
3. Owners still care about their customers and vacationers only with money and deception.

The hotel was recommended by friends of relatives. We stayed with a group of 10 people. We settled in our company for more than 40 minutes, the owners left us on the street in a frost of -10 and left to do their own thing. We settled in our company for more than 40 minutes, the owners left us on the street in a frost of -10 and left to do their own thing.

For the fact that we were going to live a day less, we were still forced to pay a penalty almost in the amount of the stay. That is, we overpaid 2600 UAH!! ! For reference, the price per night is 200 UAH per person.
On the last day, we booked a sauna and did not have time to visit it, canceled it 3 hours before it had begun to be heated. For this, the owner made a scandal to everyone !! ! He called all of us and shouted to pay the full amount for the sauna!
We checked out at 12:00 and moved things for a couple of hours to the room with relatives before leaving. They also began to demand payment for receiving guests.
The hostess cooks delicious, took breakfast.
Since we only paid for the services rendered, the hosts bid farewell to us in unison with the words: Do not come to us again!
I do not recommend this garden to anyone!

The yard is neglected. Inside the room is quite decent, but no cleaning. There is a kitchen, but there are virtually no utensils, towels, soap, shampoo. We went to our friends' room, they started demanding payment from us for staying in this room.
