On the territory there is a gazebo with a barbecue and a children's swing. The food is very tasty, inexpensive and in large portions, the average check is 50 UAH / person.
Of the minor disadvantages: tap water flows with a lot of iron, so it has a specific smell and color. The nearest shop is 1.5 km, go for a walk and admire nature.
Special thanks to the administrator Natalia, who will always tell, tell and advise. Thanks also to the chefs for hearty and very tasty food.

I am very sorry that I chose this hotel, there is nothing to praise. The first impression when you come here, people do not know what a hood is and why it is needed, there is a terrible stench of the kitchen! The suites are broken furniture, the water is terrible! The hotel itself is next to the road, there is a pillar of dust, it is difficult to relax in the summer to the constant noise of cars and trains! ! ! And the presence of a high-voltage line so close in general shocked me! ! ! ! ! ! ! So, we will not come to this hotel better: -).

There were cups, glasses and a kettle in the room, the cat was leaking, we asked to be replaced, they said that they would replace it, but they didn’t replace it during our entire stay. The cleanliness in the room and the bathroom is 3rd, the plumbing and the washbasin are in a deplorable state (dirty, you can wash it well with means! ) - I think that this should not happen at all in Lux rooms, and even in ordinary ones by itself. It was indicated in our coupon that cleaning was done every three days, when on the fourth day of our stay, I asked if they would clean our room and when they would change the towels (by the way, they changed them to some terrible dirty blue ones, it would be better not to change them at all) , to which I was told, if you need it, we will remove it, but why.... I'm shocked. After cleaning the room, the plumbing remained dirty, the rooms were only vacuumed. The rooms were cold. Their water is terrible, you stink of iron so much that it hurts your eyes, it’s impossible to brush your teeth, I personally got acne on my face, although it rarely happens to me. You can ask them to drink water, they pour it. I must say right away that the hotel cooks well, we included breakfast and dinner for two, we had enough for four (we were with 2 children), of course the food is not very varied, but fatty, which did not suit me personally. In the hotel you can buy water, drinks, juices, coffee and tea, that's all. Internet only works in the corridors! There are 6 programs on TV. Buy advice immediately with you, if you want something, since the nearest store is two kilometers away, you are not, and they will take their transport from them, but the only question is for what money, there is no other alternative, minibuses do not go there. With children, of course, it is very difficult to walk on foot, but for adults, even a walk is useful. The nearest trans Polytech, we went by transport from the hotel to the company on the Zakhar Berkut track per person 20 UAH. There are good trails. Of course, the air in the Carpathians is excellent and beautiful, although those Christmas trees near the hotel really don’t exist anymore. Have a good rest everyone.

We were at the Natalie hotel in July! The hotel is good: the territory is wonderful, the transfer station-hotel-vehicle is provided, the staff is friendly, responds to all questions, the kitchen is good, although the menu is not very diverse, but they cook well, we were with a small child, so no problems with food, and they cooked porridge in the morning and everything was to feed the child.

The river is close, there are fruits in the mountains, there is a trout farm nearby, you can catch a fish there and cook it. The nearest shop is about 1.5 km away! The nature is amazing!

2.3-bed "junior suite": no air conditioning.
There are no "mosquito nets" on the windows, so I recommend that when you turn on the electricity, close the windows. Otherwise, there will be a full room of midges. There are no mosquitoes, this is a "+".
Regarding creaky floors and furniture, they wrote below. For 6 months the situation was not corrected.
The main thing that I did not like the meager restaurant:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs or mol. rice porrige.
Lunch - broth or borscht
several types of salads and, in principle, everything (((

A very big minus of the hotel is that there is no mobile connection in the rooms! To talk or write SMS, you need to go outside. In general, after weighing all the pros and cons, I decided that I would not come to this hotel again.

Nature is just wonderful! It is a pity that there were no hiking trips, but it depends on the contingent of vacationers, and not on the administration. True, this did not become a hindrance, I walked a lot on my own. Excursions were arranged on request, those who do not like to move a lot sunbathed and swam in the pool. Very beautiful area, there is a place for children to walk. So the holiday was a success! If possible, I will come here in the winter.
