These locks rumble all over the corridor, you hear all the doors opening/closing. In the corridor you can hear everything that is said in the room, in the room - what is in the corridor. There are no dishes (plates, cups, spoons, forks), there is a decanter and two glasses, there is no kettle, there is no folder with a price list about services (no one tells us about them, offers nothing, you need to find out everything yourself), there were no towels for procedures, refrigerator in the room - it's loudly said. This is a nightstand in which drinks can be kept cold. I would rather call it a minibar (there are juices, beer, chocolate, etc. ).
Problems began with the supply of hot water - either it is barely warm for half a day, then there is no pressure, but this is rare; there is a swimming pool, there is a pump room. The construction near the hotel makes the rest even more impressive (the building does not concern Sofia, a residential building is being built there), the chimney from the boiler room of the nearby sanatorium clogs the air with enviable constancy with caustic smoke. But in Sofia there is such a pipe and the smoke from it is also black and does not please the eye, so it often stinks of smoke everywhere and the whole Glade is in this caustic fog. The parking lot is tiny, all the cars do not fit. Where is the video surveillance of the parking lot? Don't know. Unless the first 6 cars, the rest were not lucky, let them be glad that at least somehow they parked near the hotel.
In the hotel itself, everything seems to be fine and everyone is ready to go to a meeting. But this is an illusion. We have a food problem. They said: "Just tell me what you need - they will cook it in the kitchen. " I believed and said this to the two cooks, and the bartender, and the waiters. On the 5th day, with grief in half, it was like what she had asked - to cook vegetables and meat, do not pepper, do not salt. It seems nothing complicated, but sometimes they don’t put meat, then they salt it, then they throw seasonings. It seems nothing terrible, but when you ask for the same thing every day, but they don’t want to understand you, it’s sad. So if you have a child or you are on a diet, it is better to look for another hotel. The food lacks variety. Ask for diet food, they say it will be good, but no one knows where and when. You need to invent dietary dishes yourself. To the question, what can you offer? We were told: well, boiled veal or chicken. That is, there are no well-thought-out dishes and no one wants to do this. One day they managed to serve three fried dishes - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a kind of record. Everything is seasoned, peppered. You can’t say words, the answer is everyone eats, you don’t like one, then they offered to cook it yourself. The waitresses apologize, but what's the point if there is no change in response to a complaint. We saw how the neighbors fished out the remains of a rubber ball from the plate, heard the complaints of vacationers to each other about nausea after the fish, they always forget to bring something, often something runs out. The kitchen experience is terrible. But at first glance, everything is fine, everyone supposedly listens to you. In fact, it turns out that all complaints are empty, that you will talk to yourself.
I have no desire to return to this hotel. Previously, it stood out from the background of others not only with its novelty, but also with its cuisine. Delicious, healthy, varied... IT WAS. I can’t say anything good about Sofia’s 2016 cuisine.

For a modern comfortable stay in Polyana, I recommend looking for something better.
