We were there for Christmas - we read positive reviews, although we understood that for the holidays the service is a bit worse than usual. But even in the “prepared” state, some episodes and things were very upsetting:
1. Bad food for breakfast (scrambled eggs with burnt fat - local bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, buckwheat with sausage - they found a piece of polyethylene in one of them, buckwheat with cabbage + 2 slices of bread each, tea only from hay - call it herbs impossible) - order something for breakfast additionally for money - impossible - only after 10.00.
2. Stupidity and oborzevshest staff - at the request to give a piece of lemon for tea - no lemon! - I go up to the bar counter - there is a whole plate of sliced lemon - rednecks !!!

3. In the mornings in the canteen they turn on some cheap pop music and chanson, under which buckwheat and sausage do not fit. On day 5-6 of our stay, we go into the dining room in the morning - a very patriotic song is playing about “Russian soldiers, heroes of yesterday, who covered you and me with themselves and the Lord is waiting for them in heaven” - I come up, politely ask to change the record - the barmaid says that “I don’t have time to play music for you - don’t play like a madhouse! ” - this is her about her busy work making tea for 4-5 people at the next table. I ask more insistently - it seems to have worked. I sit down, waiting for the next song - “Spartak, the champion, he will definitely lead the highest echelon! ” - Mandets, blah.
4. Batteries turn off at 8.00 and turn on at 18.00 - dry gloves, etc. during the day - nowhere. With children in general, the problem is that they manage to get wet to the skin . .
5. Separately, about sound insulation - we lived in a wooden building - it is environmentally friendly, but hearing how a neighbor, I'm sorry, farts in his toilet is not very aesthetically pleasing.
6. Price - 400 UAH double room.
7. Bottom line - apart from a favorable location, this hotel has nothing good.
About lifts and slopes.
The entrances to all the yokes and the armchair were constantly combed down to the stones, to the staff’s remark, throw a couple of snow shovels to make it more convenient for vacationers to drive up - they send you to hell with their eyes and grins - the main thing is to mow the cabbage - the comfort of vacationers - personal problems of vacationers. In front of the armchair in the fall, you see, there were maneuvers of heavy equipment, which left behind ditches and potholes. It is clear that the goon owners of the chair did not bother to level this landfill, and since there was not much snow, it was simply dangerous to drive up to the chair.
In addition, the chair itself is also unsafe. Or maybe it's the staff - dolbodyatly. The fact is that between the seats at the bottom there is an emphasis for a closing safety cage. Before landing, you need to stand as close as possible to the edge of the seat, because it can be very painful to hit the calf with this very emphasis. I had huge bruises on both the right and left, no matter how hard I tried to dodge. There was an impression that the landing staff was deliberately swinging the chair so that you couldn’t dodge in any way. And for all this - 15 UAH per lift.
The central yoke - there was such a track that climbing up - it was a real adventure - pits, sticking out stumps, bushes - everything so that you didn’t get to the top. True, only 10 UAH rise.

I'm not saying that everything is so bad - there was also a positive - the snowcat regularly walked while it was snowing - it closed up areas knocked out to the stones. Yes, and I just did 300-400m of corduroy, which was very cool to race in a straight line 
I mean, with such a service and attitude towards vacationers, Pylypets will scare away everyone who could potentially become an admirer of this resort.
