Honestly, I never understood people who write reviews on the Internet on 5 sheets. I just thought they had nothing to do. And I, being a busy person, thought I would never do such things. But our latest experience of vacationing in the homeland, so to speak, prompted me to share my delight with my compatriots. . .
We managed to rest there for the New Year. As a tourism worker, I chose a place that is considered one of the best in the Carpathians today. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed.
Let's start with the so-called NEW YEAR'S DINNER costing $ 150 per person. At the same time, it was not mandatory, but simply all the restaurants closed at 16.00 (and lunch orders were not accepted from 15.00) to prepare for this very dinner.

From the serious food were offered 5 red eggs smeared on a small sandwich, cheap vodka and the same cognac, as well as stuffed cabbage, which was served after 2 o'clock at night. We were at dinner until 2 o'clock, and only managed to "enjoy" a salad of cabbage and mayonnaise, herring and cheap slices of processed meat product.
Honestly, it is very insulting that having such a great potential of natural resources and financial infusions, tourists in restaurants are provided with such a disgusting service. You have to wait for the order for at least 50 minutes. After that, they bring you burnt food and add to the invoice what you did not order. Not to mention that the waiters, at least out of decency, do not bring in small money in the delivery.
At lunch and in the evening, the restaurants are crowded with visitors, who are brought here specifically for a tour to show the trout economy.
At the same time, you who live here are openly denied service and food because there is simply no place. Normally? You are in a completely separate hotel and there is simply no access to other places to eat. To the nearest village of 3 houses, 5 km. So there is nothing left but to go from restaurant to restaurant and ask almost on your knees to feed you!
You are served so brazenly and cynically that you constantly feel below the plinth, while paying a lot of money.
Everywhere it is said that the transfer to Uzhgorod costs 200 UAH. And in the case of a group transfer, this amount is divided by the number of people. We had 16 people from the hotel, but when counting on receptions we were told that we owe 100 UAH for the transfer. When I asked why, the girl hesitated, and then said: ". . . Well .....there goes 3 companies (it is difficult to understand whence such information t. to there went absolutely some other people's families), ...That is 200 we divide on 3. With you 66 UAH.
»I gave 200 hryvnias. They did not have to pay for them, so they gave me 140 UAH. No one gave me a clear check ....
And so at every turn.
What is really top notch here is the spa located right on site. Nice people work and you really enjoy your time there.

And thank God there was a skating rink. . . If it weren't for him, I don't even know what we would be doing there. . . The first day the rental of skates was 20 UAH. Since the demand for this entertainment has exceeded all the most daring expectations of "management", so to speak, the next day after the opening, it was already worth 50. They also think that here in Kiev we are just shoveling money. . . Why not rip off 3 more skins from us. . .
Mother Ukraine is native. . . When will you finally work for your people. When at least someone in domestic tourism will think about the service for which he takes money. It's just a disgrace, not a service.
People who have been waiting for so long to rest and break away for 4-5 days to relax from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis should have fun, not strain every 5 minutes, when they are once again brazenly divorced, taking advantage of the hopelessness of situations.
It is very painful to compare a foreign service for 30-40 dollars, where everyone smiles at you and wishes you all the best 20 times a day, with this nightmare for 120 dollars a day and a NEW YEAR'S DINNER for 150 with a rural striptease in the presence of children. It just causes at least a gag reflex. . .
Listen to the advice of a professional - if you want to relax at a ski resort - do not spare money - go to Poland or Slovakia - a little more expensive than here, but you will not give the opportunity to brag about yourself.
