2. The order in the restaurant "hungry Forel" waited 1 hour 20 minutes - when the restaurant was 30% loaded
3. There are not enough umbrellas and sunbeds near the pool
4. Toilet bowls are leaking - all 3 in the room
5. The iron does not work, there are no bathrobes, only glasses and cups from the dishes (no spoons),
6. There is no animation for children, the corners in the bathrooms are blooming, the tiles have fallen off
They refused the next day, took the payment and left
The most expensive resort in the area) will not go again!
There is magnificent nature, a cool park and delicious water in the springs.
But unfortunately this time we were somewhat upset and, probably, we will not celebrate the New Year there again.
First about the good. The staff is friendly, very pleasant. They made a New Year's party for the children. The children's room was open until late in the evening. The rooms are clean. In general, it seems to be good. The only thing in the houses (it was possible to be in the rooms in the building, but we rented a house) were incredibly shaky, creaky beds. So much so that you constantly wake up as soon as you turn around. Because of this, no one could sleep properly. The second point that surprised me was the absence of any shelf or bedside table in the toilet. Women cosmetics simply had nowhere to put cosmetics. But these are all trifles compared to the fact that there is no forced exhaust in the toilets. In other words, no one guessed to put an elementary fan in the toilets that lead to the bedroom. Because of this, sorry for the details, if someone goes to the toilet, then the smell goes into the bedroom and you constantly have to open the windows.
Now about the New Year. I got the feeling that Voevodino was accidentally taken as the head of the person who was organizing the New Year, who works for competitors. Otherwise, I can not explain everything that happened.
- In the hall, the lighting at the feast was like in the office. Those. very bright, no dimmed light. People felt quite uncomfortable;
- On the tables put such an amount of champagne, which ended after the second toast;
- There were salads on the tables, what you could eat, hot was terrible. It seems that the chef decided to experiment with new dishes, but the experiment failed. Almost no one ate what was taken out of the kitchen. At the same time, for the sake of honesty, I can say that in all restaurants in Voevodino the food is very tasty. But on New Year's Eve they decided to make an exception;
- There were a couple of good presenters who, at random, approximately, by their watches, decided when to count the seconds until the new year. Although it seems to me that if a projector or a TV without sound were hung somewhere in the corner, it would be more fun to see the president's address (even without sound) and a clock, as is usually the case. But these are trifles;
- The numbers of the show program were made not on the stage, but in front of it. Thus, the show program was seen only by the first tables and the people who were the first to stand between the rows. The rest continued to sit at their tables, perplexed…
- Finally, the so-called carpet group began to perform, which performed many different songs of foreign and domestic performers. They seemed to sing well. But can you imagine a band that didn't play a single hit all night long? Not a single incendiary song. All from some 80s or 90s, but not a single hit. Not a single song that is usually played to at parties and that is popular. Most of the people in the hall were just sitting, and the group itself was sincerely perplexed why people weren't dancing. As a result, the most drunken 5-10 people danced from the hall, where there were two hundred people, and another 15 people came out for one song when they heard at least something familiar. In short, the music is a complete failure;
- When the disco started, the hall remained as light as in a well-lit office. An hour later, the staff guessed to turn off part of the light. But it still wasn't comfortable. I do not understand why elementary color music was not thought out. Renting it costs a penny, but it would be a completely different picture.
- A supposedly professional photographer worked in the hall, who took pictures of everyone and everyone posed with pleasure. He promised that all the photos would be posted on the Voevodino website and in a group on social networks. We took several photos with the whole company, took a couple of dozen shots. What was our surprise to find out that our pictures were not put up. the “professional” photographer didn’t get any of the 20 shots. I'm shocked. It would be better if they took pictures on their phones. They would all work. Moreover, they learned from the company they met there for the holiday - the same story;
- Last time when we were the same company, there was a New Year's fireworks, this time there was not.
As a result, after the new year, after half an hour, people realized that the picture would not change and began to leave. By one o'clock half the hall had already left. Many went out disappointed with such a holiday.
As a result, I recommend Voevodino as an excellent recreation center with magnificent nature and a good attitude of the staff, but I do not recommend celebrating the New Year here.
I really liked the hotel.
We rested in a cottage for 2 people (with a fireplace), very comfortable.
Breakfast is good (buffet)
Dinner was in the "Hungry Trout" hut, the prices are normal, I advise everyone to try the trout.
Then we went to hookah and karaoke - also super)
The territory is very large, Schö nborn Park is gorgeous.
I'll start with the positives. Helpful staff, good area, kids club.
Cons, there are many.
Everything that we encountered in the process of rest requires urgent repair. The furniture in the rooms (we lived in a two-room apartment with a fireplace), the beds are creaky, the mattress is already tired of life, there is a hole on the sofa, when you try to unfold it, he discarded the second part like a rocket used step. The water in the shower barely drains, plus the smell in the bathrooms. The tile in the hammam falls off and threatens to cut your ass if you move carelessly, they ordered a jacuzzi, but when they saw dirty stripes on the walls, they did not dare to climb there. At breakfast, you have to wait until a place becomes available. One day without electricity, okay, let's write it off to the elements, but three days without communication is, sorry, tin. What is the policy of the institution under any pretext not to accept credit cards, we live in the 21st century and carrying a bag of banknotes with us is bad manners. We sent the children themselves to trout for lunch, received a bill, in addition to soups, salads, a side dish for 7 50 grams of chicken fillet, this is for two children 9 and 12 years old. On Friday - Saturday, be prepared to run to restaurants and look for where to have dinner, if a wedding has arrived, dinner will not shine for you. It's time to change anyway.
1. Very beautiful well-groomed territory. Schö nborn Park is just a fairy tale, amazing views from any point. I especially liked walking in the park in the rain, the air and aromas of the forest are incredible.
2. Excellent restaurants, all three (I haven’t been to the lounge bar, I won’t say). Prices in restaurants in general are not cheap, but the quality of the dishes is on top. We tried a lot of things, delicious and beautiful. The waiters are all great, polite, friendly.
3. The SPA center is quite pleasant, but the prices are too high in my opinion. One massage session 200 UAH. - too expensive. We visited the pool, infrared sauna and salt room (comes as a bonus for free), we liked it.
4. There is a whole bath complex. We took a tub of pine needles. My husband liked it, I didn’t (just not mine, but worth a try).
5. The presence of an equestrian club. There are horses and ponies, carriages, wagons, etc.
6. Breakfast buffet is very poor. Such breakfasts can still be understood in hotels in the city for business trips, but not in the resort. Garnish with buckwheat and rice every other day. After all, you can diversify with the same pasta, corn porridge. Pancakes every day, sometimes there were buns. You can also diversify with lazy dumplings, shortbread cookies, oatmeal, biscuit cakes, custards, jelly, muffins, croissants. Fruits were apples and oranges every day. You can diversify with seasonal berries and fruits, summer is the same! In general, breakfast is a big minus. We rested for 10 days, of course, that the monotony was very annoying.
7. I would like a more active organization of excursions and trips. One excursion to Uzhgorod was barely asked for, my husband and I went on a trip to Mount Makovytsia ourselves using GPS.
8. There is a beautiful meadow in the park where you can hold group classes such as yoga and Pilates. And then everyone walks with his rug on his own.
All in all, a very decent place to stay. I would like to come more.
We rested with our family at the Voevodino Hotel in June 2016. We drove by car from Ilyichevsk. The roads are normal, excellent in some places, but the road that goes from the main highway Kyiv-Chop to Turya Pasika is the "cold summer of 1953". Mountain serpentine with pits and gullies. As one waitress from the Hungry Trout restaurant said: “Without prayer, you can’t ihat. ” In some places it seemed that now, because of something, the still living "forest brothers" would jump out. The periodic presence of two police officers along this entire mountain road in the middle of this game of the forest leads to sad thoughts about the criminal situation in Transcarpathia. We definitely drove back through Uzhgorod and did not regret it despite the extra 70 km. Clients need to be informed about such a segment of the road that is only exclusively on the map. There are no signs along this entire road "how to find the path to the grandfather's lodge" at all. There was one, and even then at the end of the Turya Pasika village itself, and even then it was practically not useful. the local population of the Turya Apiary itself showed with their fingers the correct direction of the magnetic needle. The base itself is located 5 km from the village. Due to the lack of pointers, the thought that I had made a mistake on the road came to mind several times, especially when I asked one local resident of one of the completely clogged villages along this 50-km killed road “Am I going to Turya Pasika correctly? ” Answer: “ I didn’t feel like that. ” The speed on the guard road was 5-20 km/h. The benefit of the most outrageous way worked on the road "Life". For everyone to be aware, there is no Life on the base itself. Kyivstar and MTS work properly there.
I'll start with the cons. A huge minus of the Voevodino hotel is the smell in the sewerage bathrooms. Something went wrong during construction. The administration knows for this "miracle", because. in the bathroom itself, an automatic “stinker” with the smell of mountain Lavender or red Rue is installed, but even it cannot cope with the smell of sewerage. Our neighbors in the room said the same thing. I filled all the siphons in the bathrooms with water, but the smell continued to sniff solemnly. It is possible that I will not be published for this comment, but to you, the Administration, this will be a reminder that the guests have noses and need to be robust. The sad signal "Wi-Fi" is everywhere - one or two little pictures. When it rains, the whole audience sits in the rooms and, of course, everything is on the Internet, which simply stops working from these joint efforts. Throughout the resort, the bank terminal is happy to work and will take money only at the Hungry Trout restaurant. There is a working ATM for cash from Ukrgasbank at the reception. Since it rains chronically in the Carpathians (without them there would be no majestic Smerek, which are now mercilessly cut down), the wonderfully made Shenborn Park evokes sadness and the association of an old couple walking moderately slowly around the local, artificially made lake - Synevyr. In general, sadness. I actually did not understand why the castle of Count Shenborn where he lived is far away and the devil is somewhere on the other side of his park. Something is wrong with the legend of the park for tourists. This turns out to be the “Bathhouse and a dressing room across the road” scheme. Logically, a recreation park should be next to housing. But I already deviated from the review. They don't argue about tastes, especially counts.
Pros: A tub with wild berries is a Transcarpathian (correctly read Hungarian) joy to wash. exotic for us. The whole family liked it. True, the “attendant” poured wild berries into it without first familiarizing himself with the laws of grandfather Archimedes. When the whole family plunged into the vat, the berries all self-destructed with excess water overboard the vat. Well, accordingly, the option "vat with the smells of wild berries" self-destructed there too. Trout fishing is fun. Everyone squealed from the process of catching. In 15 minutes we caught 6 fat trout 35 centimeters in length, with a total weight of 2.5 kg. The fish was very deliciously cooked in the Voevodino restaurant, namely the bomb fish soup and on the grill - we enjoyed it, respect to the chefs of the restaurant. A Russian sauna with a birch broom and diving into a mountain river was a delight and the resulting charge as a result of living for at least 100 years and no longer coming to such a distance by car, but using only a steam locomotive. The child (a 4-year-old boy) really liked the children's animation features and he went to the Kids Club with pleasure while his parents were dying under birch brooms in the bath and massage procedures generously sharing Ukrainian credit cards with the staff. The menu in the three restaurants is carbon copy and there is no particular variety of dishes, but the freshness of the products was at its best.
Breakfast is good, tasty and moderately varied. All is clear!! ! The food is replenished regularly by the courteous staff.
We took a ride with the whole family on the Popelyushka carriage. The coachman periodically arranged a little "roller coaster" on the route, from which the children (three) squealed with joy.
I don’t recommend going there for the weekend, because. from the collision of the local public, the entire base resembles a swarming anthill. A wide variety of entertainment for whoever wants what they want is also a plus. I imagined a trip in the winter with abundantly fallen snow, beloved by everyone, and was horrified at the thought of who delivers food there and what will happen if the food in restaurants runs out. What should Zin do? Plus, two divisions of hands with shovels are needed to clear paths-passages. Well, the most delicious thing is how to get out of there at all? I'm sure it's all well thought out. On the territory of the base, I saw beautiful, fashionable and harsh bulldozers in a shed garage, probably for these purposes. Well, it seems like everything. Thanks to everyone who took the time to read my tediousness.
SPA SALON:
We booked a spa tour for two for 7 days. For 1.5 months, the program was completely painted, the time was indicated, and everything was booked. Such rules of the resort, spa are asked to book in advance. As evidence, we had a correspondence via mail with the resort administrator and his confirmation that everything was booked. When we arrived, it turned out that they simply…forgot about us and our time was taken. As a result, no one apologized to us and did not try to fix something. They simply scattered our procedures on the remaining free space, which brought great discomfort to our vacation, because my husband and I went at different times and were forced to adapt to the salon. Apart from the administration, the salon specialists are quite qualified and there are no complaints against them.
POOL AND SALT ROOM:
When we arrived they were closed for repairs, they promised to open on April 19th, but this did not happen. The pool opened the day before we left, and the salt room was not available at all, so we couldn't use them.
GYM:
Quite small, but there are enough simulators, even though they are already worn out. Unfortunately, the treadmill was broken (it was never fixed) and parts were missing on some machines. But for a normal workout, everything is enough.
HOTEL AND ROOM:
We lived in a suite (207). I want to immediately warn those who are planning to go to the resort - in no case take this number. It absolutely falls short of the luxury standard by any standard. When we drove into it, it was not cleaned, there was no shampoo and soap, the sofa was ruined. It was hoped that the next day they would correct their oversight, but this did not happen. I had to write a note to the maids. They didn’t start cleaning normally, but at least they poured soap into the tank. Since there were few in the room, they did not immediately notice that together with us in the room there were... ROCKETS. We killed one on purpose so that there would be proof. Complained to receptionist. At first they tried to convince us that they were ladybugs, then that they were bedbugs (are bedbugs better than cockroaches? )... When we presented evidence, the maids just came and pretended to vacuum the room. So we have not once walked and demanded a solution to the problem. But the administrators did not want to decide anything, either they offered us to spray chemicals in the room, or they said that they had dripped glue under the washbasin... They refused to move to another room. As the director of the resort said and confirmed by the Kyiv office, there were many rooms and houses where we could be relocated, but the director said, and I quote: “Do not relocate you a couple of days before departure. ” So we had to live with the cockroaches in the suite for the rest of the trip.
RESTAURANTS:
We visited all three restaurants. The menu and prices are pretty much the same everywhere. Only in Kolyba it was a little more expensive. Worst service at Hungry Trout restaurant. The minimum time that we waited for our order was 40 minutes, but more often we had to wait more than 1 hour. The bill, like the change, was also in no hurry to bear. The waiters do not know how not only to smile, but also to be polite, they allow you to chew gum while communicating with customers. Large companies are served faster than two people at a table with a similar order. This has been proven over and over again. They do not want to take a card for payment, in a rather rude form they require cash. A couple of times we managed to pay with a card and only once they took out the terminal, the rest of the time the waiters no longer wanted to deal with us and demanded that we ourselves go to the bar and pay there. By the end of our trip, they stopped accepting the card altogether.
HORSE CLUB AND RENTAL DEPARTMENT:
Only in these two places we were pleasantly surprised by smiling rental administrators, as well as a very qualified riding coach Maria, try to sign up with her if you want to learn how to ride well. Sometimes it seemed that we were not in Voevodino, so much was the difference between these places and the general situation at the resort.
CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION AND RECEPTION:
The administrators are extremely unfriendly. They meet you with such a facial expression and tone that it is immediately clear that you are not welcome here. Our appeals were not particularly resolved in any way and we were answered more in such a way that we would quickly fall behind. After our complaints and attempts to resolve the situation with cockroaches even through the Kyiv office, nothing has changed, but the director of the complex promised to compensate for all those, to put it mildly, “inconveniences” that we had to face, although he argued that we should be sympathetic, after all, people are all angry because of the situation in the country, that's why they serve us like that! ! By the way, we have never met such a terrible service anywhere in Ukraine. As for compensation, they compensated by the fact that on the day of departure they demanded to pay a FALSE bill for allegedly using the minibar. We didn't even open it though. The administrators argued their demand by the fact that we lived for a whole week and therefore could not use it. We refused to pay, they kept us for about half an hour, and only then they said that everything turned out to be ok and we could go.
Here we have such a “pleasant” rest and “pleasant” compensation for all the inconveniences.
You don't wish this on anyone. . .
New deluxe room with kitchenette:
- the entrance door does not close tightly, so it's cold in the living room
-shower and bath leaking
- in the room with a kitchenette there is not even a washcloth and dish detergent
- no slippers and bathrobes
- stained walls
-bulbs don't work everywhere
Nutrition:
- breakfasts are a queue, dirty dishes, no empty seats, poor food and cold, coffee machines are washed and filled on demand
- lunch complex - 40 min
- the staff does not cope, agrees with everything, but there is still no sense
Kids club:
- it is necessary to control it necessarily, so without problems the child will be taken out into the street without gloves at -10. This despite the fact that they asked not to take them out into the street
- when paying for additional classes, specify the time. Since we were told that the lesson would be at 12, and at 13 they took the child without class already on the street.
I think that with such an organization, this complex will have a couple of years of life, because we have not met such an indifferent attitude.
