Reviews of this kind are a clear exaggeration for a rather mediocre hotel, even if the staff in it were well-mannered and hospitable. So after all, this is not. As soon as my wife and I asked to clean the room, we immediately ran into rudeness. As I understand it, this is their usual practice, because all the hotel employees performed their duties as if they were doing us a favor.
