They have extremely rude staff, especially their administrator. Everything else is in line with expectations. Neat rooms clean air and very decent cuisine. But when your life is spoiled every day with rudeness, any mood disappears. My wife and I even began to look for another hotel, but nearby rooms were released only after three days and we had to endure.
