The room is small, but cozy and warm with the necessary furniture and a TV. There was a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The linen is clean and fresh, in the bathroom there were sets of shampoo and soap. Wifi is good and available throughout the hotel.
Diverse food, delicious breakfasts and dinners, fast service. You can also ask for a supplement. The restaurant itself was very impressive, it is so beautiful in it, as if it were a medieval castle.
The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help and advise. Our requests and questions were answered immediately.
In the evening, after skiing, you can swim in the pool, but it is not small). Also play Russian billiards, table tennis and table football, or take a steam bath.
I express my gratitude to the hostess of the hotel, Maria, who greeted me warmly and quickly settled me. In parting, she gave me a book.
Thanks for the rest.
The hotel has an indoor pool of normal size (by the way, in the book of records of Ukraine, as the highest mountain pool in the country) - this is a HUGE plus, given the Carpathian weather, when literally in half an hour there is no trace of the bright sun and abruptly covers the rain. We were this August for 3 days and do not regret that we went to the Carpathians, and not to the sea. Instead of a dirty sea teeming with jellyfish, algae and vacationers, we went to the highest indoor swimming pool in Ukraine and swam until we dropped. Regardless of the weather. Moreover, I was struck by the fact that there were few people, they swam 80 percent of the time only with their family (they also joked that the price of the room includes a private pool : ) - you see, most vacationers still go here not to swim, but to go to the mountains and breathe this extraordinary air.
The mountains around are something amazing, what kind of landscapes are there. Full of springs with mountain water, near a mountain lake. For every taste - both wooded peaks and bare ones. Very pleased with the mountain variety.
We ate wild raspberries, blueberries, even strawberries. They collected raspberry leaves to make tea later.
Well, in a separate line - an unforgettable extreme, as we drove to Dragobrat)) Only gazelles and SUVs, all-wheel drive, drive here from Ashes (from the railway station), otherwise you won’t drive along this bumpy rocky road. Of course, this pleasure was not cheap - we paid 600 hryvnias for two adults and three children for the rise (there are 15 kilometers from the railway station, it takes 40 minutes to drive), but the impressions are still the same. Cooler than a roller coaster, when you throw up on a broken road, you ride over cliffs, pray for the driver and firmly believe in his super professional skills))
But this is the only extreme, if someone is not a fan of this... We liked it for a change)
Everything else is quiet, calm, sweet and peaceful.
The only ski lift operating in August was right next to our Kremen hotel.
The food is not bad, sometimes even too large portions, we didn’t eat up... And the building of the cafe-restaurant itself was especially impressive. This is really some kind of medieval castle.
Also impressed by the hospitality of the hostess. When in the resorts of the Odessa region they hang themselves for every penny, then here, on the contrary, they were greeted as dear guests.
The check-in is officially at 12, and we arrived by an early train and were already at 7. So we were allowed to stay for a couple of hours in one of the rooms to leave our things, relax from the road - and as a result, we were settled 3 hours earlier. It was also during the check-out, when they were allowed to stay right up to 5 pm (although the check-out was at 10 am), since the train was at 6 pm.
Well, such a trifle that they forgave the broken keychain on the key and no one took a penny for it - and did not surprise me after all.
The hostess, Pani Maria, always greeted with a smile, told the secret of delicious tea, which is served for breakfast and dinner - where to pick raspberries and how to dry them to make such an amazing drink. Gave the book. It can be seen that he is trying to put his soul into his hotel.
Also liked the games room. A huge salvation for children, because they didn’t really want to drag themselves to the mountains, but had fun swimming in the pool and in the games room, where there is billiards, table tennis, table football.
Right next to the hotel and ATV rentals. True, we did not ride them, so we cannot evaluate them.
There is also a shop nearby if you want to buy something - but it was often closed when the lights were turned off.
For three days, once for an hour somewhere, they were left without electricity, until, as I understand it, the generators were turned on. The weather there is as wonderful as it is harsh. There may be strong winds or thunderstorms - that's why sometimes power lines are damaged somewhere.
In general, an indescribable feeling when you live on top of Ukraine, somewhere in a lost world, far from civilization, but at the same time having all the benefits of civilization under your nose.
It's been three days since we returned from "Kremen" and Dragobrat - we incredibly miss these bright, clean, hospitable places.
Of the small cons:
the floorboards creak in some places and the doors close tightly - I think that these are the costs of wooden log houses, but a bit noisy because of this.
And, of course, there was not enough of a market where to buy fresh vegetables and fruits. But here, on Dragobrat, in principle, there is none. Until they make a normal road, this place will remain a little untouched by an abandoned world.
1. Location: the hotel is located right next to the ski lift "Chaika" and rental, which is very convenient. And the view from the room is just a dream: every morning I looked at the sunrise against the backdrop of Hoverla and Petros.
2. Room: the room is clean, in very good condition, the shower cabin is new (nice to wash). The linen was clean and fresh, there were shampoo and soap kits. Wifi is available throughout the hotel - which was important for my remote work.
3. Meals: the price includes varied and delicious breakfasts and dinners. And they are just huge)) I have never been able to completely eat the entire portion. Special thanks to.
4. Hotel team: The guys are very responsive, always ready to help and make the rest even more pleasant. I am allergic and asked to replace the pillow - the guys immediately found a replacement for me. Polite and attentive - it was a pleasure to interact with them.
I want to say special thanks to the captain of this hotel - Maria. He is a kind, open-minded person who is willing to help resolve any issues. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Bonuses: a new and large swimming pool in excellent condition: clean, separate brand new changing rooms for M and F, with sun loungers and floor heating, as well as Russian billiards, table tennis and table football. There is everything to spend your free time interesting)
We were on Dragobrat for the first time, so we chose the hotel carefully, for us it was important not only the location and proximity to the ski lift (10 m), but also the presence of mountain views directly from the room window.
It is nice that the price includes breakfast and dinner, a variety of food, enough portions.
We went around the whole district and can safely recommend KREMIN as the hotel with the best view of Hoverla.
An important point for skiing enthusiasts is the opportunity to use all the lifts and go down directly to the hotel without long exhausting hiking in ski boots.
We liked the sincere attitude to the guests, the staff is attentive and responsive.
We will definitely be back! Thank you for the rest.
1. Number. 1600 UAH for 8 sq. m. This is a closet, not a room! The audibility is as if they are not talking in the next room, but right next to you. Untidy wires hang everywhere. When they flush the toilet in the next room, they hear 3 neighbors. Closet for two people is small, nowhere to put things. The bed linen is terrible, old, it was unpleasant to go to bed and, frankly, scary. I found a long black hair on the towel (definitely not mine or my husband), thanks. The door to the toilet did not close, and when they pulled and turned the lock, a huge gap remained below. Privacy? no, you haven't heard. There is a lamp in the room, but only 2 bulbs work, the rest are blinking. Between the floors there are also only 2 bulbs in each lamp. Dark and gloomy. Dusty pre-Soviet carpets lie on the floor. The room has an antediluvian TV, in which even a flash drive with movies has nowhere to insert. The TV didn't even turn on. In total there are 4 sockets in the room: 1 in the toilet, 2 for TV and one free.
2. Nutrition. Terrible. This is slop, which is a shame to give to people who are going to ride all day. For breakfast there were semolina and 3 undercooked eggs. And that's it. Tea... well... you can’t call it tea, it’s impossible to drink because. no tea flavor. There was also corn porridge with cheese for breakfast and 1 slice of bread, sausage and cheese. It looks like breakfast in a Soviet pioneer camp. On requests to bring the supplement, the answer is negative. There was never meat for dinner! Fish - yes, liver (1 piece) - yes, but cape - no! And we're moving on to staff.
When ordered extra. coffee was paid later at the bar, but it turned out that it was included in the general check and our friends paid again. Very unpleasant!
3. Service. We have to fight for food! When you come, you need to find the waiters and say here I am, I want to eat, bring it. Then wait 15-20 minutes and there is a chance that they will bring you food for which you seem to have paid, or you may have to call again. Forks and spoons were always missing. There is food, but nothing to eat. In principle, they could have forgotten about your order! ! As well as about you, in general. Separately, I ordered coffee (45 UAH for a minute), once we finished eating and didn’t bring coffee. And the second time the guy brought coffee spilled in a saucer, the sugar in the bag got wet. Ummmm what? Before leaving there was breakfast: oatmeal and 2 pancakes. Waited 30 minutes for pancakes, talked to 3 waiters and you guessed it, she left hungry, expressing, to put it mildly, her displeasure.
4. Wi-Fi and entertainment. Agree, in the modern world of remote work, this is, to put it mildly, very important. Not only does the wi-fi not work there, but there is no connection there! That is, if you need to work, go outside. The game room, which you have to pay for separately, is terrible. This is a basement with a disgusting renovation and an old table football and billiards. We booked, but of course, they had an overlap and there was another company with us.
By the way, we moved to a "suite" (my husband said that he didn't dare to call him that) in 2000 and nothing but the size of the room has changed, absolutely!
Communication with the administration did not lead to anything. We just nodded and apologized.
A lot of money has been paid, but the feeling is terrible.
If you don't want to spoil your holiday, bypass this hotel on the tenth road.
I wish the administration and owners to update the hotel and the quality of services provided.
The staff is just super - very attentive. We realized our every whim - any drinks, food, hookah, etc.
Parents: 4 people 50+.
Children: 2.6, 12.
Children of parents and parents of children 4)
The main criterion was Wi-Fi, which pleased 60-80 mb / s in the corridors and the restaurant and in the rooms a little worse, 20-40 mb / s, which was a lot of work.
From comfort:
- Comfortable sauna in traditional Carpathian style.
- Great pool/
- Very tasty and varied cuisine, chef TOP /
- And the most important thing, so that it can be singled out in the first place, is the super-high staff, who fulfilled any whims that were.
Everything near the hotel is within walking distance of 3-5 minutes.
Tubs, snowmobiles, equipment rentals. . .
The most remarkable thing is a children's slide, where children learn to ski during the day, and at night adults ride on plates (ices, dupokats), which brought absolutely everyone back to deep childhood. . .
Everyone was satisfied with the hotel and service.
Our neighbors have dust, cobwebs, a non-working refrigerator and TV. There is almost no internet at all.
Then the food, we are talking about the breakfast/dinner complexes included in the price. Tin, this is not like anything, I have not seen such redneck anywhere. A set of the cheapest products, incompatible with each other, with tea that tastes like water in a vat))) Coffee 45 UAH, waiting time 40 minutes. For 5 people they bring 6 slices of bread, when asked to bring more, we will pay extra, smile and freeze. You have to ask for tea, you have to ask for sugar. They might forget about you.
The staff is sad sadness, you need to swear with them so that they clean the table. They forget orders, do not bring them, and this is with a total load of 4 tables per waiter. Well, everything in this spirit, we calmed ourselves down for two days, but today it has already begun to bomb! There is no service here! And it does not cost 1600 UAH.
As for accommodation, it is 20 meters from the "seagull" chair, look better at something in the area of u200bu200bthe Dragobrat hotel, there is more interactive, and there is where to sit down to eat.
