If you have ever stayed in a good hotel, then it is better not to go here. Service at the hotel can hardly be called service. They react to any of your requests as if you live for free or owe something. The rooms are bad, the rooms are very small, the audibility is 90% out of a possible 100%. In order to get to the cafe, you need to dress up and cross the street, which is catastrophically inconvenient, especially if you are relaxing with children. … More ▾ If you have ever stayed in a good hotel, then it is better not to go here. In order to get to the cafe, you need to dress up and cross the street, which is catastrophically inconvenient, especially if you are relaxing with children. There is no entertainment in the hotel, I mean billiards, tennis, etc. (were in hotels where the owners pay attention to this). You can’t sit in a cafe in the evening with a company, because. it is forbidden to bring your own drink and food, although other hotels allowed for hotel residents. In general, nothing is possible.
Food (breakfast and dinner) is another problem. Since breakfasts and dinners are included in the price, no one is worried about the quality of the menu. You already paid for it! The food is the same and every day is the same. For breakfast there are always 4 courses (semolina, oatmeal, pancakes, scrambled eggs). But the omelet was not every day. Everything is done so that you order food in addition. The waiters are biased and even count how many sticks of sugar you threw into the sugar. I know it sounds terrible, but it's true. The waiter Maxim is generally a different story, rude to everyone and always.
This hotel does not have this expected Carpathian flavor, for which we go to Dragobrat. The only positive is the location of the hotel. But the location alone will not give you positive emotions, so look for something else.
Фото отеля. Расположение отеля и кол-во снега, помогло хоть как-то не замечать все плохое что было в отеле.

If you and your children wake up before 9.00 am coffee and breakfast you will not receive as the kitchen-bar is closed. No variety in dishes. For breakfast for 4 days served a choice of pancakes of 2 pcs. with meat (it's hard to say that this meat is like meat slurry with tomato paste), cheese, milk porridge with oatmeal and semolina. The first courses are not served for dinner, they must be ordered separately. Although I was not lazy and went to several hotels nearby and all serve first courses, not to mention that my family has been driving for 4 years on Dragobrat and we can compare. To the kitchen-bar you need to go down and go across the street and if you are with small children at -12 to leave the hotel is not convenient.
The bed is so colorful that it feels like they are hiding something, a leather towel on one and the same color (In the room you can listen to the conversations of neighbors. The rental is terrible).

Let's start with the positives. Of course, this is nature, and incredibly clean air. The hotel is clean and tidy. Children should not order. The kebab was very tasty, and the plov was also very good.
The ski lifts are located right next to the hotel, which is very pleasing, you don’t have to go anywhere.
The main disadvantage, in my opinion, is the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. You can hear the TV through the wall of the neighbors, which is not very loud. I'm not talking about small children who cry and run around the numbers. Everything is very audible. Noisy companies can sit in the lobby behind your room and rest until late, which is not very pleasant when you are tired and want to relax.
Prices have more than doubled compared to last year. That year, it was 200 UAH to take an instructor, this year it was 400. Adjarian khachapuri cost UAH 70, this year it was 120. The guys waiters carry food for a long time, tea had to wait for 20 minutes. For lunch we went to eat in Stepan's kalyba, it was very tasty and inexpensive.

We didn’t live in the hotel, but after a long search for a place with normal food, we ended up at 12 months old. I can say with full confidence that this restaurant is the BEST in all of Dragobrat. Prices do not bite, at least in comparison with Odessa, the motherland. The service staff is very attentive, the food had to wait because all the tables were busy and a lot of orders, but it was worth it. It is possible to pay on a Privat 24 card, in other establishments only cash. In general, the restaurant is 12 months old, I put 5 with a fat plus ??????? ?

Rested with children in rooms 2 and 1!
Because of such hotels and hotels, one gets the impression that Dragobrat is not turning into a nature reserve as it should, but into a hotbed of Bucharest and Pokhu. . stov.

Rested in February 5 days with children. And so let's start, I can’t say anything good, but I’ll be in order. Food, horror, just horror, not tasty, portions are small, know that no one will ask you if you eat it or not, they pour it and that’s it, don’t like it, free. The rooms are dirty, in the room for all the time no one has ever cleaned, even the garbage was not taken out. … More ▾ Rested in February 5 days with children. The rooms are dirty, in the room for all the time no one has ever cleaned, even the garbage was not taken out. There is no refrigerator, and this is simply absurd, here we have a small child, where to store food for him???? ? They won't give you soap or shampoo, the maximum is toilet paper. There is simply no soundproofing, you can hear everything and everyone... And yes, there is no hair dryer in the room either, it is alone in the hall, on all 4 floors, there is also a kettle... The staff is indifferent, always dissatisfied. In general, I don’t advise, it’s a pity I didn’t read the reviews myself, but I went to rest at 12 months, I don’t go to this hotel anymore.

The hostess is very unfriendly and reacts aggressively to requests for supplements or just large portions.

The epic happened when we were terribly poisoned by this meager amount of food and were in a semi-conscious state all the way home.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not come again.

Good day to all. We lived in the hotel for 12 months (from January 23 to January 25) in a 3-bed room, the price per day is 1650 UAH (550 per person). normal, but the big minus is the food. Advice, always find out in advance what the so-called two meals a day consists of, you will leave hungry from such breakfasts and dinners. This was our MENU: breakfast-3 empty pancakes, without filling + tea, dinner -macaroni and cheese and a spoonful of grated carrots. On the 2nd day: breakfast-potato rolls (as from "12 chairs" a fake carrot hare) + tea, dinner-rice, a teaspoon of mushrooms and a spoonful of grated beets. Don’t count on meat, scrambled eggs and the first, but of course you can order food from them in a cafe, which we did. In general, if you want to lose weight, then you are here.
Dear members of the forum, please advise a hotel of the same plan, good location, but with normal breakfasts and lunches, even if they are more expensive.

I'll start with the good. This is the location of the hotel, it is located near the descent from the training yoke. Also a good view from the window. A pleasant impression was also made by the hotel building itself, very much nothing, as for Dragobrat. This is where all the pluses end. Bad: Food is a nightmare, it was unrealistic for this adult to eat up, and even more so for an adult man, our men were forced to organize 5 meals a day for themselves in other establishments, since it was also terribly tasteless there! Bad:
Food is a nightmare, it was unrealistic for this adult to eat up, and even more so for an adult man, our men were forced to organize 5 meals a day for themselves in other establishments, since it was also terribly tasteless there!
The rooms are terribly dirty, it seemed that before settling us, cleaning was carried out only in the bathroom. A fly smeared on the window and a couple of her girlfriends on the windowsill did not add any comfort. Bed linen was also suspicious, because the smell of freshness was absent. Noise isolation, as everywhere on Dragobrat, is absent, several times I had to enjoy obscene showdowns between neighbors.
The staff is similar to history, once upon a time there were "patsyks from the district" and decided to start a hotel business and their approach to guests is like in the district, a harsh, such a street approach) In general, the staff gave the impression that once again with them on any issues I didn't want to cross, to put it mildly. And the shell casings found around the hotel inspired a desire to talk with the locals about this institution)
Territory - usually the concept of territory at the Dragobrat hotels is not discussed or evaluated, since it simply does not exist. But this beautiful bridge and the approach to the entrance of the hotel impressed me, it could all be called in one word - a skating rink, on the bridge a skating rink, was organized so that you could fly under the bridge)
Overall: Personally, I do not recommend this hotel! Communication with the locals confirmed the "specificity" of the owners of this establishment, after which I doubly do not recommend relaxing there.

Expected a good hotel for the location. Expectations were not justified. 1. One free outlet, and even in an inconvenient place. 2. There is nowhere to dry clothes in the room after a downpour, the batteries were barely warm. 3. The equipment dryer did not work at all, the shoes were wet in the morning. 4. Nutrition - a kilogram of male food: a lot of porridge, little meat, 0 vegetables. … More ▾ Expected a good hotel for the location. Expectations were not justified. 1.
