Terrible hotel! We rested with the family from 02.03. 2022 to 10.03. 2022

There are cons everywhere!

1. Settled in a dirty room, we cleaned everything ourselves with wet wipes.
2. If you want to move out - the money is not returned
3. Of disposable supplies, only slippers, and then if you ask
4. Water in the shower is something - hot is abruptly replaced by cold, you can forget about washing
5. Food is a separate conversation: supposedly a Swedish line, but it’s not like they say! Juices are only grapes and pears to choose from, diluted with water, alcohol is only their shmurdyak and Chernihiv beer, the rest is all for money.
6. And most importantly - my children got poisoned in this hotel, because they served us morning food late and the youngest child vomited for half a day! And in the evening they served sour juice!
This is the real hotel! I do not recommend it, do not prove it to anyone! Directors from Kyiv are hidden behind seven locks! Running only staff who do not care at all! They only care about money!
