The room is standard, the socket was broken and falling out of the wall, it was repaired. The room is designed for three people: a double bed and a sofa, a sofa with a huge depression on the side, that is, it is broken. The rim of the toilet is cracked and wrapped with tape. TV with pixels, but working. There is no air conditioning. The view from the balcony is beautiful.
Spa:
Loved it very much! ! A large swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a separate children's pool, there are steam and dry saunas, a hammam and an infrared sauna, a shower, toilets, a changing room and a salt room. Water is constantly being filtered, everything is clean in general. Towels are provided. Panoramic windows with a view of the mountains.
Restaurant:
Delicious, but the service needs better. Some positions that were recorded were not prepared.

We waited for one of the positions for 40 minutes and came to us with the phrase "it's over", it's unclear why they didn't warn us when ordering. Utensils and glasses were not issued to everyone. The fondant was brought without ice cream and the ice cream was excluded from the check only after our remark.
Location:
The hotel is located in the center of Bukovel, a 5-10 minute walk to the lift. An extension of the hotel is being built nearby. The parking lot is an ordinary field with dirt, there is a covered parking lot, but walking from it to the hotel is again on dirt.
In general, the hotel looks good, the interior is ordinary.
