This is horror! The hotel is simply terrible! Comments on booking obviously write for themselves! I'll start from the beginning...we waited for check-in for 30 minutes, if not more, after which a woman came with the phrase "say what you want, because I have candy stuck in my mouth"...Then she asked to pay by transfer to the card or in cash.

This is horror! The hotel is simply terrible! Comments on booking obviously write for themselves!
I'll start from the beginning...we waited for check-in for 30 minutes, if not more, after which a woman came with the phrase "say what you want, because I have candy stuck in my mouth"...Then she asked to pay by transfer to the card or in cash. . and again the obviousness...most likely this money goes through the cash register and is not taxed??????????? ?
Then the room. . in which there is nothing. . not even a normal shower gel, everything is broken, worn and simply useless! The cleaning lady who wanted to enter the room for no reason...someone called her and she purposefully went to our room!! ! Just a shock??? ? the old curmudgeon, who barely uttered two words to give us some kind of explanation! ! It's dinner time and people at such an hour are usually not sitting in the room or having dinner or in the spa. .
And now about the spa. . the pool is dirty! Sea of people! A few sunbeds. . that's it!
There is a small cold lap pool on the roof and of course no shower there and a sea of empty sunbeds??? ?
The dining room...it's a complete mess! It is better not to go there at all, not what to eat! We went in for breakfast, saw that food. . it's horrible! They give the best to the dogs. . they wanted to take a cup, but they weren't there, when we asked where we could get a clean cup, we were told that they simply don't have them, because they don't have time to wash them. . well, tin in one word! I almost burped when I accidentally walked into this canteen to find that woman from the reception, who by the way is never there!! !
I will leave this review wherever possible, because I have never seen such terrible conditions in my life!!! ! The main thing is that their prices are the same as in nearby hotels, but there is also an appropriate level!!! ! And this is horror!! !

A large swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a separate children's pool, there are steam and dry saunas, a hammam and an infrared sauna, a shower, toilets, a changing room and a salt room. Water is constantly being filtered, everything is clean in general. Towels are provided. Panoramic windows with a view of the mountains.
Restaurant:
Delicious, but the service needs better. Some positions that were recorded were not prepared.

The fondant was brought without ice cream and the ice cream was excluded from the check only after our remark.
