We were surprised by the high (I think artificially created) rating of the hotel and, unfortunately, stopped at it.
This is not the first time in Bukovel - there is something to compare. Moreover, there was always only a positive impression of demarcation, but not in this case!
Apparently, they did not leave a response immediately, because the hotel owner and her husband are very nice people. And do not deserve such reviews ...
But! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Everything is spoiled by disgusting staff. Uninitiated and uncultured. It seems that all the most unprofessional, disgusting and unpleasant people have gathered in one place. Starting with the administrator and ending with the girls bartenders. Smiles or how kindness is inherent in Western Ukraine - NO! Sour faces and indifference.
Even on arrival, a disgusting impression of the staff.
The maid looks and behaves like a "market woman", allowing tactlessness and doing her job at 3 with a minus. If such a maid and waiters and bartenders worked in Fomich, Radisson or Mardan Palace, there would be no guests.
By the way, the owner of the hotel is friends with the owner of Mardan Palace, but for some reason did not take as an example their service (buffet and always kindness) and customer focus.
The chef cooks very well, but as you are served ...reflects the desire to dine and dine at the hotel. That's why everyone goes to the neighboring restaurants to eat, where you are received with a smile and create an atmosphere of friendliness.
The pool is not bad - clean daily.
The furniture is fresh.
However, the territory is under constant repair.
As a summary, I understand the girls from the plot and I think that the case should be brought to an indictment and a verdict.
I also recommend that girls contact the State Tax Inspectorate, the State Food and Consumer Service, the State Emergency Service and the State Labor Inspectorate to inspect this institution.
I recommend the owners of the institution to replace the entire staff - to take professional and mostly friendly people focused on customers and apologize to the victims.
