There is no parking. The room is not cleaned, only towels were changed upon request. For 3 days, no one even wiped the floor and did not change the mugs, not to mention the replacement of bed linen! We paid 8000 UAH for 3 days for a room where the TV is located almost in the hallway with 5 channels, and then only political ones.

We paid 8000 UAH for 3 days for a room where the TV is located almost in the hallway with 5 channels, and then only political ones. NO Elevator!!! ! No room service either!! ! We wanted to order food from a restaurant, we had to call the reception from a mobile phone, since there is no phone in the number either, as a result, they dropped it on Viber !!! ! menu photo, with grief in half ordered food, as a result they brought food in a plastic bag inside which there were plastic forks with a plastic container in which there was overcooked, dry trout and 150 UAH of wine poured into a misunderstood wine bottle and paid 500 UAH for this. Breakfast is terrible, not enough tables. There is no soundproofing at all!
