They are your regular guests. It's not the first time they go. They paid you in advance for a family room - 51.300 UAH for 6 nights and 28.500 UAH for a double room for 6 nights. Arriving at the complex, they found out that the rooms are much cheaper. The overpayment of the rooms turned out to be 47.100 gr. Your employees did not contact them. The tourists left very upset!
