We began to understand gradually. The room was given after a small argument with another, regarding the pillowcase, the lady said that it was not blood, but rust, everything was in order, but she replaced it just in case, but it turned out that the refrigerator was not working in the new room. The one thing that calmed me down was the beautiful view from the window. . The rooms in the buildings have not been repaired for a long time, a terrible sovdepiya, the shower is not fastened with one hand, you hold it, you wash with the other. I won’t say that I am very picky about the conditions, but the disregard of the staff for all this mess just finishes off, no apologies, no normal attitude. We traveled a lot and walked a lot, everything is fine, but the Polyana Skazok hotel is a small fly in the ointment in our vacation.
