I'll try to be objective. Vacationing with friends. At first everything was fine: we were greeted warmly, with a glass of champagne, settled at 13.30. Superior room - good furniture, cups, chairs, table and chairs on the balcony, new towels, everything is clean, the most luxurious is a huge balcony overlooking the sea and Yalta. Meals - a buffet - I want to note separately: I LIKE IT VERY, everything is fresh and tasty. Of course, they have a problem with pastries and fruits, but these are trifles. Now fly in the ointment. The beach is very far away, once we went down on foot, it took us 1 hour 10 minutes. They take old buses to the beach according to the schedule, so you need to get up at 7.00-7.30, at 8.00 for breakfast, at 8.45 you need to leave the building, otherwise you won’t have time for the last morning bus at 9.00 (to the bus with a brisk step 10-15 minutes). The bus goes to the beach in 15-20 minutes. Last bus from the beach at 18.00. The beach was surprised by the fact that this year it was sold, and Parkovy rents a small area 15 meters wide with holes in wooden deck chairs. Therefore, we preferred to pay 20 UAH. for plastic sun loungers in another part of the beach. I was very pleased with the bottom of the sea with small pebbles, without large stones. I was also struck by the paid and only toilet on the beach, not only is it not divided into male and female, but it is also without repair with all the consequences... On the assumption that vacationers who do not have 2 UAH. to the toilet, they will go to the sea, a woman in a white coat (presumably a medical worker) said: "So what, they themselves will bathe in it. " According to my observations, they went to the toilet very rarely, apparently those who were pressed in a serious way, and in fact very many were with children. It turns out at least pay, at least don’t pay, but you will still swim in....But in fact, all these are trifles, compensated by the sea, air and the beauty of nature.
I called my review "spoiled mood" and here's why. There was an unfortunate incident related to a change in the schedule of the bus. We did not see the announcement that hung on the side near the duty officer, because always moved by running - in the morning on the bus, in the evening for dinner, and no one drew our attention to this announcement. As a result, on day X we came to the bus at 18.00, but it was not there, we called the administrator - she said that the bus would not go because of three people. As a result, I had to take a taxi and go for 50 UAH. When we entered the building and made quite natural claims, they came out to us to figure out who you think - the driver, who apparently decided that the best defense is an attack and overlaid us with almost the last words. And the administration, in which specialists should work, who are specially trained in higher educational institutions in the art of communicating with people, so that vacationers are satisfied under any circumstances and want to return, and so this administration not only did not apologize, but evaporated and set on us driver Slavik, from whom, apart from rudeness, nothing more can be expected. As a result, we were late for the excursion planned for this evening, the mood was spoiled, and in fact on this day our friend had a birthday. One could still find fault with some points, but the main impression is this: the hotel is not bad, but the administration and the hedgehog with them absolutely do not care about the vacationers, their mood, impression and desire to come again. Which was confirmed upon departure - we still have not heard an invitation to come. Somewhere in the reviews I read the opinion that with such economy prices there is nothing to count on a special service. But firstly, we didn’t count on any special service, but expected just a human relationship, and secondly, for a doctor’s salary, this is not such an economical vacation.
And I want to advise people who work in this hotel to think about the fact that what is routine work for them, for vacationers, this is perhaps the only outlet in the year when you want to relax both in body and soul, and, like air, you need a charge of positive energy for the whole subsequent hard working year, until the next vacation!
