When booking a room in the boarding house "Kyiv", we were promised that there would be a triple standard, which would have one single bed and one double bed, TV, refrigerator, bathroom in the room, balcony, WAI FAI. We stayed at the guesthouse in August 2017. Upon arrival, we were escorted to the room and lo and behold.....An old Soviet wardrobe, in which there were no shelves, but only rods with hangers, all the clothes for the whole vacation we had in a suitcase.... Refrigerator, TV, bathroom, floor fan, dining table, a minimum set of dishes, 2 chairs and 3 stools were present in the room. There was no kettle in the room, I had to ask the duty officer on duty. . . Bed linen was clean and new. Raising the mattresses, they found there shells from seeds and the seeds themselves, it was not pleasant.... There were cobwebs on the batteries in the room. . . In the bathroom, under the bath, there was a 5 liter bottle, which was covered in dust, in the same place we found a basin, apparently for washing. The toilet bowl is dirty, the water from the barrel ran without stopping, which over time, apparently, led to rusty smudges on the walls of the toilet bowl.... The audibility of the walls is quite good, from the next room it was audible how the TV was working, how the residents were talking. . . They settled us on the first floor, there was no balcony in the room, there was no elementary dryer in the room or in the corridor, there was no place to dry the swimsuit and towel, there was quite a lot of humidity in the bathroom, everything dried for 3 days.... WAI FAI was neither in the room nor on the first floor, they asked the watchman, she said that he was on the 2-3-4 floors.... During our stay in the boarding house (9 days), we were cleaned once, although on all other floors the rooms were cleaned daily. . . After cleaning in our room, we found that the seeds were still lying under the mattress, the cobweb on the batteries remained the same as it was before cleaning, and in the middle of the room there were men's socks, all covered in dust, apparently swept away from the previous guests.... Horror.... There is no question of food in this boarding house, everyone is sent to the nearest dining room on the embankment, once we went there, for 3 we got about 1000. . . we took 2 and compote.... In general, horror, not a boarding house. . .
