Upon arrival, we were escorted to the room and lo and behold.....An old Soviet wardrobe, in which there were no shelves, but only rods with hangers, all the clothes for the whole vacation we had in a suitcase.... Refrigerator, TV, bathroom, floor fan, dining table, a minimum set of dishes, 2 chairs and 3 stools were present in the room. There was no kettle in the room, I had to ask the duty officer on duty. . . Bed linen was clean and new. Raising the mattresses, they found there shells from seeds and the seeds themselves, it was not pleasant.... There were cobwebs on the batteries in the room. . . In the bathroom, under the bath, there was a 5 liter bottle, which was covered in dust, in the same place we found a basin, apparently for washing. The toilet bowl is dirty, the water from the barrel ran without stopping, which over time, apparently, led to rusty smudges on the walls of the toilet bowl.... The audibility of the walls is quite good, from the next room it was audible how the TV was working, how the residents were talking. . . They settled us on the first floor, there was no balcony in the room, there was no elementary dryer in the room or in the corridor, there was no place to dry the swimsuit and towel, there was quite a lot of humidity in the bathroom, everything dried for 3 days.... WAI FAI was neither in the room nor on the first floor, they asked the watchman, she said that he was on the 2-3-4 floors.... During our stay in the boarding house (9 days), we were cleaned once, although on all other floors the rooms were cleaned daily. . . After cleaning in our room, we found that the seeds were still lying under the mattress, the cobweb on the batteries remained the same as it was before cleaning, and in the middle of the room there were men's socks, all covered in dust, apparently swept away from the previous guests.... Horror.... There is no question of food in this boarding house, everyone is sent to the nearest dining room on the embankment, once we went there, for 3 we got about 1000. . . we took 2 and compote.... In general, horror, not a boarding house. . .

The next day, when they came to the dining room to find out about food, the administrator said that there were no two empty seats at the same table, so they would seat us at different tables. (daughter is 4 years old! ) As a result, with a scandal, I managed to sit at the same table with the child. The food was disgusting, there were hairs in the plates, the dishes were beaten and greasy, the tablecloths were not changed. The rest of the food from the plates of the waitress is removed right there in the hall, when you are still eating! . We lived in building 1, the side is shady. Things and towels are damp all the time, you can’t open the balcony during the day, the roadway is below, the constant noise of cars! Bed linen and towels changed once. There is no shower tray in the bathroom, the toilet bowl and sink are kept on parole, water is constantly pouring from the tank, wood lice are crawling on the floor, eternal dampness, dampness, dampness! The sanatorium is practically not illuminated in the evening, 2 lanterns are on. The playground is not equipped. Entertainment alternate one day 80s disco, next. day feature film. The beach is located 750m from the resort, if you want to sunbathe on someone else's beach, pay 15 UAH for entry.

A child on the beach of the sanatorium ran into a huge rusty hook, fortunately among the vacationers there was a surgeon who helped us, thank you very much. There is no playroom for children. The medical building is new, but a minimum of procedures is free, the only plus is an oxygen cocktail and herbal tinctures. It is not clear why this sanatorium positions itself as one of the best sanatoriums in Alushta (in 3rd place, it seems), which deceived me as a manager of a travel agency. My husband said that no more foot in the Crimea and all because of this sanatorium, although it's a pity, because. Crimea itself is beautiful!! ! Amazing nature, climate, fruits. . . Therefore, it is worth going to Crimea, of course, but carefully choosing where to stay.
