"Chaika" was recommended to me as a hotel where: quiet, calm, there is everything for comfort, the sea is nearby. Recommendations justified themselves, added: friendly hosts, sauna, barbecue. In 10 minutes you are on the South Coast, you go to any point, you have time to return in the evening. Near the hotel shops and several restaurants with good food. … More ▾ "Chaika" was recommended to me as a hotel where: quiet, calm, there is everything for comfort, the sea is nearby. Near the hotel shops and several restaurants with good food.

It could be said that the best location is the very seashore. But I will say otherwise, the best is the people, the hotel staff, who will do everything to make your vacation a success. In fact - the hotel is located really on the first line. No roads and cars, no obstacles - you go out the door, and here it is - the SEA!
The hotel rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms are perfectly clean. The beds, which in our age is very important, are comfortable, and sleep on them is great.
Large hall and kitchen on the ground floor - for lovers of homemade food and evening gatherings.
Near the opportunity for sightseeing walks - the estate of the Gagarins, the territory of the Utes sanatorium and the protected Cape Plaka.
This is not the first time I've been staying in this hotel, and I've been here in different seasons of the year. Always, always good. And the ratio: price-quality, as for me, is ideal.

Four years of the year rested in a private hotel "Seagull". We also went this year. I love Utes. The place is wonderful. But here's what happened. With the hostess always agreed in advance. Booked for 10 days. We've arrived. Paid 8 days in advance. And after 4 days (on Friday at 12 noon) Galina Borisovna began to ask us very "tearfully" to leave the room. … More ▾ Four years of the year rested in a private hotel "Seagull". With the hostess always agreed in advance. Booked for 10 days. We've arrived. Paid 8 days in advance. And after 4 days (on Friday at 12 noon) Galina Borisovna began to ask us very "tearfully" to leave the room. The Dutch arrived and they wanted to rest "nearby". With the words "nice", "kindred", she began to offer "housekeepers" and all sorts of nonsense.
It was embarrassing to tears. It was possible to become in a "pose"....but then it is no longer a rest. And as luck would have it, it was on Friday and many vacationers arrived for three days. I ran all over the beach and looked for a decent room. Found. But how it ruined a much-desired holiday!
Very kind hostess. But in the pursuit of money, she will spare no one. This I understood completely.

We rested with our family in the Crimea (Cliff, Santa Barbara). I liked it so much I want to share. Previously, I was very skeptical about Alushta, but now everything has changed. We ended up in a small town with its own microclimate, a lot of mini hotels. Diverse and prices and rooms, settled in the hotel "Chaika", at the very cut of the water. … More ▾ We rested with our family in the Crimea (Cliff, Santa Barbara). I liked it so much I want to share. Previously, I was very skeptical about Alushta, but now everything has changed. We ended up in a small town with its own microclimate, a lot of mini hotels. Diverse and prices and rooms, settled in the hotel "Chaika", at the very cut of the water. The room cost us 350 hryvnia per day (we rested from the end of June to mid-July), provided that there were three of us, they don’t take a side seat in this hotel. The room has all the amenities, its own beach, kitchen, very friendly hosts. We went under water, rode a boat, for children on the beach there was a pool with sea water, very convenient, I sunbathed, and my son splashed in the water. Near a beautiful park. We returned healthy and happy. I'll find a link to the site and post it.
