" Tell me where to go with such hospitality? I am pregnant with another small child, specially booked with a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. And Natalya, who meets me, tells me: “Why are you upset, it’s better here! ”. It's up to me to decide, we booked another room and it's better for us. You see, ladies who smoke live in a room with a balcony, and non-smokers in the rest of the rooms. It shouldn't be my problem at all.
The next day we moved out of this madhouse and we do not advise anyone to go there. The money was returned to us.
The advertisement in Utyos says that breakfasts are a gift, there are no breakfasts. Lies.

The hotel is run by a certain Natalya, a very unpleasant and rude woman who is not ready to help in any situation, but only puts sticks in the wheels. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view, there was no furniture on the balcony, they say, it’s not allowed, the room was dirty, the cleaner’s black hair was lying on the floor, the toilet itself was also stained by previous guests.

I am silent already about the fact that on the first line of the beach Natalia walks and takes sunbeds herself, in order to later sell them to other people, as Gennady said, he spent more than 10 thousand dollars on sunbeds, apparently they are trying to recoup their costs. Well, on the day of departure, despite the fact that the check-out from the hotel is at 12 and in the morning you can go to the sea, but you have to pay for a sunbed, it is not included in the price)) Very strange service, hosts and the hotel in general.
