But, we chose "Elite" - and were completely delighted!
The hotel is located on the first line, in 15 meters there is already some water. For those who are very worried about their transport, as in our situation)), parking is right under the balcony.
The room has everything you need and nothing more. Pleased with a small kitchen - tea and coffee and evening gatherings.
Room cleaning every other day.
A separate issue is the view. . . )) The balcony was our small restaurant when the usual ones were closed.
One conclusion - I really liked it! If you return to the Utes - then only the Elite.
We advise everyone, and after our impressions, a group of vacationers among friends is already gathering for the next season!

Vacationing with a girl. The hotel had everything we needed. Terrace (wonderful view. . . just awesome), large bed, shower room, mini kitchen, wi-fi, safe, TV.

Almost new, solid, clean hotel, with modern furniture and the possibility of parking a car "under the window". Rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. There is no food in the hotel, but there is a decent kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback is the hotel's sunbeds on a common, very cramped beach.

Had a great family vacation at Elite. For me, the main advantage is sitting on the balcony, and below you the rustle of the sea! The view from the room is gorgeous - the sea to the horizon and the sunrise in the morning. We were met by the owner Olya, a very friendly girl, she showed us everything in the room, explained everything.

Our room was on the 4th floor, everything, AS IN THE PHOTO IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL - a room, a double bed, a balcony with a table, 2 armchairs and a sunbed, a kitchen with a refrigerator, an electric stove, dishes, a table and a folding sofa, there is an iron in the room . Shared bathroom with shower. Very clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning. The sun, by the way, looks into the room from dawn to 12 noon, so it's not hot. Yes, I also forgot to write, there is a lot of space for things: a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables. And, of course, there are 2 plasma TVs. The sea is clean, the beach is pebbly. Nature...... Just a fairy tale! From 22-23 hours silence. In general, a holiday for those who want to take a break from the noise.

we rested from 1 to 10 may 2013. We have identified many advantages of the hotel for ourselves, but the VIEW FROM THE BALCONY is beyond competition! We rested in a room on the 5th floor, but this did not prevent us from waking up to the sound of the sea and the gentle rays of the sun! I think we spent more time on the balcony than in the room itself! Now about what's inside: - a large room with a large bed.

- kitchen. can be a full-fledged room for those who like to relax in a company. It was important for us to have a stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, etc. When we have kids, we can't live without it : )
- TV, air conditioning, safe and other benefits of civilization - this is also a plus, as not all hotels in this area have it.
order everywhere - in the lobby, in the rooms. bathroom on the balcony and so on! Considering that the strongest wind blew for 3 days, we were pleasantly pleased.

Family vacation in April-May 2013. Very friendly and attentive hosts. The beach is two steps away. Everything in the room is nice and comfortable. A chic view from the balcony of the sea, in the afternoon it is in the shade and it is very pleasant to be there. Amazingly beautiful sunrises. We will gladly come again.
