Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff. I rested with my husband and two children, I really liked the hotel, probably the most worthy on the entire coast. We lived on the 5th floor, the view from the balcony is amazing. They cleaned every day, how squeamish I am, in terms of cleanliness, they surprised me.

We ate only in the hotel restaurant. Befriended the staff. The administrator Nastya is just a miracle, the waitress girls from the restaurant also thank you !!! ! We did yoga with my husband on the 7th floor. I advise everyone. We were very satisfied!! !

The room is also good, cleaning is daily, the cleaners are lovely girls, they clean everything cleanly. The view from the room was "to the mountains, to the garden. " It was very annoying that the audibility was unreal !! ! We lived on the 4th floor, and a family lived downstairs (we understood that this was the family of the owner of the hotel) with a small child who screamed morning and afternoon and night for 14 days of rest. Of course, this is a child and nothing can be done . .
Breakfasts were for slaughter, 3 courses. More often than not, we didn’t even finish the last meal, and they carried it to our room. The downside is that breakfasts are always monotonous and get bored quickly. But everything was tasty and satisfying.
The hotel has its own beach which is a huge plus! Of course, it’s peculiar, rather a concrete pier, with free sunbeds and umbrellas, but in general, everything is also very good. The water was clean and transparent.
The cliff is not a cheap place, cafes are expensive, I can’t say that it’s so tasty to pay that kind of money. We found a good canteen with reasonable prices and homemade food.

Administrator Zara ruined the whole holiday. Our friends room was flooded with water from the pool on the top floor. Called a cleaning lady who came an hour later. I am quoting this rude person: "they crap the towels", "they lied about the flood", "the cleaning lady said that..... ", "get out of the hotel....". She didn’t even get up herself, didn’t assess the situation and didn’t apologize for ruining the day. In general, unable to withstand the rudeness, we moved out with friends. And the money paid in advance for 10 days was returned in total less for the whole day, she didn’t even want to talk to us, she left, first she dropped the calls, and then turned off the phone. The book of complaints of the concierge at the reception was not given to us and they said that they do not know the name of the legal entity of the organization where they work.
P. S. Rooms are ok with a good view. They clean up badly - they found bottles and hair from previous visitors in the room.
This is our first disgusting experience. Don't repeat our mistakes.
