In domestic terms, the hotel is just fine - very clean, rooms are cleaned daily. All home textiles and utensils are new and of excellent quality. The price includes the use of the kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and other goodies. Despite the fact that the hotel is not on the first line, its location is good - close to the sea, and the place is very safe and quiet.
For those who like to sit outdoors, the hotel has a flowering courtyard with exotic plants, grottoes, alpine slides and other elements of landscape design. In addition, there is an excellent observation deck with sun loungers and a barbecue on the roof.
Thanks a lot! I will definitely be back!
Instead of the usual hall, friendly administrator and greeting "Hello, welcome... how did you get there... your room is not ready yet, sit down... you can leave your things and take a walk to the beach... " I came across the door in which I was met granny in a bathrobe with the words, "What do you need? ", It is known that most hotels are settled on the principle "after 12-00" and evicted "before 12-00", meaning that my room is not ready yet, I asked if it was possible to leave luggage, to which she received an unkind favor. She looked me up and down and let me in. This was just the beginning of my "wonderful" holiday.
Conditions included breakfast buffet. In the understanding of the managers of the Art Yacht, a buffet is two types of sausages of the cheapest varieties and of dubious quality, a piece of bread and a cup of Nescafe coffee. As it turned out later, he cooks all this in the kitchen (if it can be called a kitchen that way), where the dog also lived, in unsanitary conditions, the grandfather in family shorts (no exaggeration), who monitored the amount of sausage eaten by the guests.
Replacement of towels and replenishment of toilet paper had to be demanded with a fight. The promised private beach was not in sight. During the 10 days of my stay, the lights were turned off twice in the evening in the hotel, respectively, neither air conditioning nor TV was possible to use.
The maid who cleaned the room was terribly unkempt (to put it mildly) and even “under the closet”
The rest was ruined. . . I tried to spend as much time as possible on the beach just not to see those faces!!!
On the last day at 10-00 in the morning, one might say, I was simply thrown out of the hotel in an obscene form, at my request to leave my things until the transport arrived for me, I was refused in a very rude manner.
I can talk a lot more about the nightmarish service of the Art Yacht, but these so-called grandparents, who have no idea about the culture of communication with customers or the quality of service, discouraged me from visiting new places with a dubious reputation.
