The room itself is very dark, and as it is on the ground floor, the windows must be kept curtained. The TV didn't work. The food was not suitable for our digestive tract. As soon as they stopped eating food at the hotel, the problems with diarrhea and vomiting ended. Most likely, the local water, on which food is cooked, did not suit us, maybe flies or the cleanliness of cooking, I don’t know. On the territory there are many dog groups, especially around the children's slide. There is no separation of zones for smokers and non-smokers, in connection with this it is impossible to enjoy eating when people smoke around, even small children are not embarrassed. Breakfast was sometimes expected for 40-1.5 hours, lunch is faster, dinner is also long, an hour and a half. Booked a transfer to the hotel. From the airport to the Hotel the cost of the service is 3500 rubles. , we asked to send a car with a child safety seat for a child of 1.5 years old, but the driver arrived without a car seat and in an old dilapidated car.

If you dream of a vacation for a family with three children, then this is about SUCH !!! ! We are in "Eden for the third time. And each time we like it more and more. Every year it becomes more and more comfortable in this paradise. I will say right away, for " LADIES WITH A DOG". There are hotels for dogs - you are welcome there.

If you are used to eating from the same plate with your dog - this is your problem, please spare other vacationers from this. Both the staff and the owners are kind, friendly and cheerful people. Any of your a whim is fulfilled with a smile and without any problems. The kids were prepared fresh porridge before going to bed, for which special thanks!!!! Kowtow to all the staff and of course to the owners!!! We are looking forward to the next meetings!!!! !

We rested in Simeiz with my family, read the reviews, doubted, because the photos and reviews were different, called the hotel, the administration gave information, decided to go and I don’t regret it, don’t listen to anyone, the hotel is good, even very super for Crimea (we are fans of Crimea) , the service was amazing, the rooms are good, we rested in a deluxe room, comfortable rooms, linen change every other day, and towels were changed every day, the kitchen is homemade, they cook very tasty, thank you very much.

In general - my impressions of the trip to Simeiz, Villa Edem. We were going to go with my husband and children for 4 days - to celebrate my husband's birthday - I wanted to arrange such a gift for my beloved. I spent a week looking for somewhere to go. Many options were offered... including Turkey. For some reason, I agreed to Simeiz (Eden) : ( : ). Information about this villa is a complete lie. The rooms do not match the descriptions. We counted on one amount at prices - in fact, the amount turned out to be much more (including other prices in the menu of a local cafe-bar-restaurant). The pool only looks normal in the photo. The beach is not 300 declared meters, but 1.5 kilometers. The beach itself is dirty. They didn’t want to let us out of the room until we paid moral compensation - our pocket dog - Rudik drank from a saucer from a tea set....and much more. All this would not be remembered - if it were not for the most important thing - this is the mood with which we were received by the owners and staff - an extreme degree of arrogance, neglect, irritability ------ STRANGE!!! ! After all, tourists and vacationers are the bread of the Crimeans - there is nothing more to do there. All this is very sad....The only positive thing that was on the trip is the water park - it somehow compensated. That's it!

the hotel is super two buildings, the rooms are of a good standard (the bed is often changed, towels are changed every day, the rooms are cleaned every day). The territory is just super at the foot of Mount Koshka, closed, there is a parking lot, a swimming pool..... In the evening, silence is just heaven.

The food is homemade, very tasty. and most importantly, the staff-owners of the Crimean Tatars are very friendly, good people, the service is not inferior to anything. Prices in comparison with price-quality are good, I have been in no hotel in the Crimea, there are very few similar ones. Of the minuses - this hotel was chosen by the "blue", the sight is not a pleasant one. When they are unpleasantly nearby, you try not to see the children. But we hope that next year they will not be. This is the only big downside. And so everything is super.

Отдыхали на вилле 3 года назад. Очень хорошо нас встретили, спасибо большое хозяевам за время , проведенное на вилле. Кормили замечательно. Атмосфера очень доброжелательная, весь персонал старается пойти навстречу во всех пожеланиях.

Единственное, что расстроило, это - грязь повсюду за пределами нашей виллы: на улицах, на пляже, в парке. Горы неубранного мусора. Мы не могли себя заставить поначалу выйти за территорию своего маленького рая. Но потом приспособились и ездили в Кацивели на пляж, там было чуть получше. Кушали мы только у себя, поэтому ничего не могу сказать про кафе.
