In May-June 2018, mother (43) and son (10) lived in the 2nd building on the 2nd floor "Attic".
Arriving from a large metropolis after hard work and study, they were met by the hostess of the State Duma at the station and taken with luggage to Rapany. Friendly and helpful people.
Reality exceeded expectations. The attic for 1300 per day turned out to be a bright, spacious separate apartment - "evrodvushka" with a balcony. The beds and mattresses in the bedroom are new and comfortable. Large built-in wardrobe, TV with Russian and local channels (16). Equipped kitchen, dishes. Comfortable bathroom, towels, hair dryer.
In the yard there are two spacious gazebos, barbecue facilities.
In the neighboring courtyard there is a swimming pool 5x5m and a terrace with sun loungers for free use.
Quiet, clean private sector, barrier at the entrance. After 10 pm silence is observed (even dogs do not bark).
5 minutes south - sea. Descent - concrete steps. The water is clean. There are jellyfish. There is no beach - stones. View, sunrise, sunset - beautiful.
10 minutes NW - Blue Bay, beach, yacht club (excursions), excavations of ancient settlements.
5 minutes SW - Memorial complex "35 battery" (entrance, free tours), canteen, grocery store.
10 minutes SW - two pebble beaches, sun loungers, cabins, snacks, toilet.
5 minutes skid - stop (5th interval). To Grafskaya pier without traffic jams 15-20 minutes for 18-20 rubles.
If you don’t want to hear loud music, the hum of the roadway, the noise of mass celebrations and you didn’t come to visit shops, but to take a break from irritants, relax from worries, recuperate and admire the beauties of nature, then RAPANY is what you need.

The yard is all green, shady and there are a lot of flowers.
You can feel that the owners put their soul into the hotel.
To the sea 10 minutes at a slow pace, but the beach (or even the descent) is not very good. A 30-minute walk there is a magnificent Blue Bay beach, it's great there. We were by car, so the distances were not critical.
Summing up, I want to say that if all Crimean hotels were like Rapany, there would be nothing to do in Turkey.

Also, there were several power outages at the base, due to which the products that we had in the refrigerator disappeared. It was impossible to sleep on a folding bed, because it could be said to have crumbled into pieces (at the same time, there was an additional charge for a folding bed). The pictures on the site are beautifully done, in fact the standard room is very cramped. Wi-Fi in the room is very bad - practically does not catch, at stops in Sevastopol - 100 times better and for free. The territory is well maintained, but also very small. In fact, there is simply nowhere to sit on the territory of the base. There is a small pool, also a gazebo. But it should be noted that there is only one gazebo, and there are definitely 8 rooms at the base. At the expense of food - sometimes took breakfast. Breakfast is good and quite cheap and nutritious - porridge + scrambled eggs (or pasta) + sausage + cheese + butter + tea. To the stop - close - 5-10 minutes, to the blue bay (there is a good beach) - 10-15 minutes to go. Blue Bay Beach - I liked it very much. When we walked from the beach to our room in Rapany, we found out the prices at the recreation centers that are closer to the beach and went there to look at the rooms - so at other bases the rooms are more spacious and cheaper, and there is more space for recreation. In general, Villa Rapany is not the best in the Cossack Bay area, you can find better and cheaper rooms. I don't usually order anything online. The pictures look good, but in reality, not so much. Even for a quiet family holiday with children, I would not recommend Rapany, because in the evening there is nowhere to take a walk near the base and there is nowhere to sit at the base itself. Rest can only be in a room or in Sevastopol, but, unfortunately, it is difficult to get to Rapanov from Sevastopol in the evening - the transport does not go well.

The villa itself makes a good impression - everything is well-groomed and cleaned. We didn’t have any problems getting to the city center, bus 105 runs in 3-5 minutes, the sea is actually nearby, both rocky beaches and more comfortable and shallow swimming places, but a little further.
We advise you to opt for Rapany if you want to relax with your family or with children, food and service are top notch!

Three years in a row they came to Rapany, with different composition: with a child, with old people, together. In my opinion, Rapany is the best option if you want to combine swimming in the sea and exploring the amazing city of Sevastopol. The dacha village of Kazachka is not the most luxurious place on earth - it's true.

Cozy, completely enclosed territory, the ability to swim in the pool in any weather (the first time they came on May 1-2, the sea was still cold, and the rest turned out to be complete). The food is good, the excursions are well organized. The beauty of rocky beaches fascinates precisely with its primordial nature, untouched beauty, purest water. And most importantly, they are waiting for us there, they love us and we are welcome. We rested in different hotels, but such a SINCERE atmosphere of friendliness was not often met. I hope to visit my beloved Rapany more than once.

Family 3 people a small child (the first trip to a child 2.7, the last 6 years). Recreation is wonderful, no obsession with the director himself. Silence, calmness and a child under supervision (there are always enough children to play with) the territory is closed to strangers (parents can go about their business)! If you want exotics, buy them for you! The beaches are rocky, the water is clean, transparent, there are not many people where to turn around (the diving site is just brilliant)! You can order barbecue at sunset in the open sea, a lot of excursions. The nearest store (2.10 minutes walk (not a supermarket of course, but everything you need).
If you need a gulban, taverns, discos, clubs, a crazy drive, then this is NOT FOR YOU!!!
