We, local residents (we live in Yalta), decided to go with our family to Sevastopol for the weekend, booked a room in Zuyde in advance because we were guided by its location. Grandmother, grandfather and son (15 years old) arrived first. When booking, I was asked to make a power of attorney for the child (why? ), but we did. A little later we arrived (husband, me and 2 children aged 8 and 4. We were not settled due to the lack of original birth certificates, we showed copies, an entry in the passport, certificates of a large family (with a photo of children), service certificates, showed a local registration - nothing helped. They asked to contact the management - but it turns out that in this hotel it is possible only from 9 to 18, the rest of the time there is a semblance of an administrator at the registration, an absolutely illiterate, strange, unkempt woman. At 19 o'clock, the children and I were forced to look for other accommodation, grandparents decided to stay in "Zuyde", which they soon regretted. Their room did not have air conditioning, and the windows overlooked the road. To put it mildly, unfriendly staff, here are their names Sarantseva Elena and Syardina Irina. As a local resident, I am ashamed of such service and attitude towards the client. I appeal to the owner of this hotel, you are obliged to put things in order, do not dishonor the Crimea.

Now we live with our son in a hotel. The hotel is near the center, new, stands on a quiet street, which is important - here the transport is sooo noisy. Fully meets the stated conditions - everything you need for life is available . . well, except for plasma and a four-poster bed... but the main advantage of the hotel is people .

The staff is simply beyond praise . . as if they came to relatives - and they will advise on the iron and sights and they will ask and advise... I highly recommend this hotel for relaxation and excursions

The room is no frills, clean and tidy, has everything you need. The first impression was pleasant. Polite staff, good service. I took an economy room and did not even count on such conditions. I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

I often go on vacation to the Crimea, this year I have already been to Sevastopol three times. Stayed twice in this hotel. The staff is always friendly, the rooms were clean, quiet and peaceful. There were no noisy neighbors. The last time, on the territory of the hotel, I met a fellow countryman, now we are friends.

Really high-quality service, it was clear even on the phone when I booked the room. Communication was adequate and pleasant, answered all my questions. No wonder I decided to stop here. I can only say good things about the room, I did not experience any inconvenience, it was comfortable. For the money is not much, of course in comparison.

Stayed at this hotel about a month ago. Nice design inside. I liked the number. For a comfortable stay there was everything you need - hot water, TV, furniture, large bed, air conditioning, internet. The bed is clean and smells good, the room is clean. Will definitely come back here next summer.

With pleasure every time I visit this hotel, coming to Sevastopol. Unlike the South Coast, accommodation prices (from 450 to 550 UAH for a standard room) correspond to the living conditions and service and depend on the room and the season of stay. The rooms are neat, clean, with modern solid furniture and mattresses, smoking in the hotel is prohibited.

Unlike the South Coast, accommodation prices (from 450 to 550 UAH for a standard room) correspond to the living conditions and service and depend on the room and the season of stay. The rooms are neat, clean, with modern solid furniture and mattresses, smoking in the hotel is prohibited. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with good cuisine and a constantly empty hall, but the prices, as for me, are still too high (lunch per person is at least 200 UAH). The hotel is located in the city center opposite a quiet and cozy park near Panorama. As for me the best hotel in Sevastopol.
