Sun loungers, towels for the street - every day everything is clean in perfect condition. We visited three or four rooms. All rooms are beautiful, with an electric kettle, TV, safe, Wi-Fi and, most importantly, comfort)). The beach is really 5 minutes on foot. The beach is excellent. Not many vacationers, clean sand without stones, the sea is clear. On the shore, like on any other beach, water activities. All in all, Krystal is amazing. We will definitely go back there again and again. Thanks to the staff for a comfortable and sincere stay! ))

Our family stayed at the villa for two weeks in August 2013. The hotel corresponds to all the information declared on the websites. To the sea - 5 minutes. Service is quality. The pool is excellent, big enough, clean, the possibility to use beach towels is unlimited. As a plant physiologist, I would like to note the thoughtful landscape design of the territory and the diverse range of plant species in the villa (junipers, Crimean pine, herbaceous plants: agaves, roses, etc. ). Many thanks to the staff of the Villa for the quality work and the service provided. The administrator - the beautiful Irina, her daughter's assistant - Katerina, the maid - Katerina, the bartender - Alexei and the cook, unfortunately without a name. We will definitely come back next year.

We stayed at this hotel from the end of July to the beginning of August this year. They were extremely satisfied. Great staff, amazing pool. We were well fed all 9 days. Special thanks to the chefs - the menu is like in a chic restaurant. There is always a bar at hand, which is very important. Only 3 minutes walk to the sea.

It was a great pleasure to swim in a warm pool with a waterfall and underwater hydromassage, and it was simply impossible to get our granddaughter out of there. The hotel has a fairly large green area, the rooms are very convenient, good soundproofing, our room was overlooking the garden of the neighboring villa, we even liked it, because each floor has a large balcony with a sofa and chairs overlooking the sea. It is very comfortable to sit on it in the mornings and evenings, read, enjoy the sea air. Breakfast was included in the price, but after tasting a truly home-cooked meal where you can order even diet meals, we decided to dine in the villa too. And they did not regret it at all, since a full-fledged lunch made from the freshest products, which is served in the fresh air, service, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, of course, are worth the 60 hryvnias that it cost on average. The portions are quite large, it is not always possible for a child to master all three dishes. . . The villa arranges entertainment for vacationers on Saturdays, they invite a disc jockey with equipment, so you can sit, listen to music, dine and dance in the open area. The hostess of the villa, Irina, prepares delicious natural ice cream, we tried cocktails prepared by the bartender (I don’t know his name) in a truly professional way. I can say that the cocktails we tried in the city restaurant in Artbukhta did not stand next to his drinks! I really liked the atmosphere: calmness, helpful and friendly staff. For those who appreciate a comfortable relaxing holiday on the very beach, healthy food, Villa Crystal is the best choice!

As a result, we settled on 30 euros.

2. It is IMPOSSIBLE to wash, because the water runs either cold or hot. But most of the time it's not there at all! Having asked the owner Vitaly Sedov a question, we received a very interesting answer, but no one has approached us with such a question yet, you are the first. After talking with the people living there, we realized that no one can wash normally.
3. People, if you like to hang out at night, then this place is definitely not for you. From 24:00 to 07:00 for our safety they let out a dog, an Albanian breed, weighing 100 kilograms (this was not announced on the hotel website). During this time, you will not be able to enter and exit the hotel. And she barks at night at every passing hotel.
4. Meals at the hotel. Breakfast included in the price is something. I regret that I didn’t take a picture of them, the most memorable are two eggplant cutlets 5 cm in diameter and tea. In general, a small child will not be able to eat these breakfasts, not to mention an adult man. Many brought their own yogurt, cookies, sausage and even bread for breakfast. Moreover, I remember the "royal" breakfast, then everyone ate heartily - vegetable stew, sausage! , Boiled egg and tea. On the first day, we decided to have some more lunch, the portions were very, very small, and no one could say the price for them.
5. Room cleaning. They removed from us only on the 6th day (before that, only the garbage was taken out) and the linen was changed on the 6th day. In general, there is dirt in the room, the windows are not washed, probably from the time when they launched the hotel, cobwebs are everywhere, not even cobwebs, but cobwebs !!! ! Yes, and there are still small tenants - cockroaches. They do not know what an air freshener is and have never used it!
6. The owner of the hotel - Vitaly Sedov! While we were resting, Vitaly's friends were resting, and every evening they gathered in the yard and arranged gatherings. Well, the rest of the residents had to either sit in the room or on the balcony. Vitaly had the following answers to all questions: no one complains - you are the first; I understood everything, everything for now; the site and what is written there is not a dogma. Vitaly has a plus - he knows a lot about Sevastopol and willingly shares his knowledge with everyone. And the fact that a person cut down money and forgot about vacationers and their comfort is trifles.
7. The site states that you can’t hear music from the so-called “hundred meters” - this is a kind of Ukuevka embankment, but this is not quite how you hear the music, and if you still open the window, you definitely won’t be able to fall asleep.

We had a wonderful rest, BUT ONLY BECAUSE we were able to turn a blind eye to the service in our mini-hotel Villa Bella. What we liked: - proximity to the sea, which was a necessary condition for our family; -wi-fi in the room; -the presence of a green meadow / playground on the territory of the mini-hotel.

Our family really likes the Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. We had a wonderful rest, BUT ONLY BECAUSE we were able to turn a blind eye to the service in our mini-hotel Villa Bella.
What we liked:
- proximity to the sea, which was a necessary condition for our family;
-wi-fi in the room;
-the presence of a green meadow / playground on the territory of the mini-hotel.
What caused frank bewilderment:
-transfer. The site claims the availability of a transfer. When asked about the transfer during a telephone conversation before the trip, the manager / administrator (girl) began unintelligible conversations about the allegedly broken car. As a result, she ordered a taxi, the driver of which additionally withheld from us 20 hryvnia for the late train and 15 hryvnia for parking. A trifle, but unpleasant;
- breakfast. Breakfast (although it is very difficult to call it as such) was included in the price of accommodation. Sample menu: day one - two tiny pancakes, day two - two overcooked potato pancakes, day three - something from eggplant, etc. Even a small such a breakfast was not enough for the child;
-lunch and dinner. We didn't use it because of the high price compared to those declared on the website from 4 euros;
- water supply. Constant interruptions with both cold and hot water;
-Plumbing. The request to repair the ever-falling faucet remained unfulfilled.
-drinking water. The constant lack of drinking water in the coolers.
-bed linen. Replacement was made on the sixth day after the reminder against the five days stated on the website.
-service. The absence of a person responsible for the life of the hotel. No one is responsible for anything, a complete mess. The owner of the hotel in the evenings rests with friends on the lawn of the hotel drinking alcohol, on the other side of the lawn the sprinkler is turned on, which irrigates the grass. In connection with this, there is no a place for evening air baths with a TIRED child.
-dog. There was no opportunity to go on an excursion, since with an early rise it was not possible to leave the cottage due to the presence of danger in the form of a walking fighting dog.
It is not clear who to call in this situation and what time the animal will be removed from the hotel.
AND ALL THIS PLEASURE "ONLY" FOR 73 EURO PER DAY!!!!!!!!! !
