This year, thanks to promotional discounts and a smaller number of tourists, we still went there. Now I understand why the prices were higher than others - there is a reason!
First of all, the hospitality of the owners Olya and Sasha, who try to pay attention to everyone and work there day and night, literally tirelessly, makes the vacationers feel comfortable. Very cozy, although not large, area - there are places where you can spend time enjoying the surroundings. The three of us lived in room number 1 (the son was placed on a folding chair). Spacious, comfortable, I'm not afraid to even say - gorgeous! Cleaned in good faith (for us it was an important moment after the disappointment in the Turkish 5-star hotel Zigana). It was nice that the owners, although they monitor the cleanliness and serviceability of everything that is, but at the same time do not faint if something breaks, there was a reason to make sure of this. A lot has been done for leisure: table football, tennis, darts, children's swings, a small swimming pool with a waterfall and undercurrents (children were mostly splashing there), but personally I was most pleased with American billiards, which was in a very good condition (not an example Zigane, where he was just killed - you can read my review there! ). It is located in the basement of the second building, where it is always cool, access is free and unlimited (it is not clear why there is no information about this on the hotel website? ). There is also a very good gym nearby!
I also liked the cuisine with an individual approach and a rather poor menu (thanks to Vera and Katya! ). In general, in many respects the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would like to go there again for a vacation!

Rested with two families on holidays from 11 to 15 June. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and decided to stay at Villa Hummingbird. I want to note right away that everything indicated on the site and photographs actually exists, a good repair in the rooms, a chic lobby, a cozy green area with a swimming pool and a "restaurant".

I want to note right away that everything indicated on the site and photographs actually exists, a good repair in the rooms, a chic lobby, a cozy green area with a swimming pool and a "restaurant". There is something to do for both children and parents. Many thanks again to the owners of the hotel Olga and Alexander, they tried to build their service flawlessly and unobtrusively, any wish of the client is not a problem for them. We always ate at the hotel, Vera cooks very tasty and although we were not exemplary visitors (we always lingered), the food was fresh and hot, for which many thanks! Special thanks to Katya for her kindness and responsiveness. We travel not for the first time, so there was something to compare. Such a service can be found only in Europe, and even then not everywhere. Special thanks to the driver-guide Igor, who during these 4 days tried to acquaint us with the many beauties of the Crimea. So we advise you to visit this cozy quiet place in the north of Sevastopol. And to everyone who tried to make our stay comfortable, a huge thank you!

We rested with my wife and daughter in this wonderful place from 06/07/2014 to 06/14/2014, a complete delight!!! ! In more detail, we liked everything: the rooms and the place itself fully correspond to the photos (live even better), excellent cuisine, very tasty and homely (special thanks to Vera and Katya for this) my daughter still remembers cheesecakes and pancakes))) The room was cleaned every day, again thanks to Katya!!! Separately, it is worth mentioning the very pleasant and attentive hosts Olga and Alexander! We were greeted and seated as agreed.

We had room 5 on the third floor with a sea view. The room has everything you need, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV (3 colors), it makes no sense to list. On the territory of the sauna, there are three pools (two in the house and one on the street), a gym, billiards, to be honest, they only used the pool on the street and then only when the sea was stormy.
The whole villa is decorated with soul, it can be seen in every detail, the owners approached this issue very responsibly.
The villa itself is located 2-3 minutes from the sea, the beach is pebbly, which is constantly cleaned, and when we rested, it was also without crowds)))
Maybe the information is out of place, but I could not help but thank Andrei, he took us on excursions, a pleasant and very responsive person, his hostess Olya has his coordinates.
We did not want to leave so much, but they saw us off as relatives, I have never seen anything like this!!!!

For babies, you can take a baby cot (playpen). When they later showed their photos to relatives and friends, everyone said: "Is this possible in Crimea? Yes, these are just royal mansions !!! ")))
We ate exclusively at the villa: tasty, varied, reasonably priced, we ordered separate diet meals for my daughter. Many thanks to the chefs! The only thing is, as a sweet tooth, I would like more desserts on the menu.
The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, closed from prying eyes, well-maintained, there is a playground, a small outdoor pool with sun loungers, and places to relax. We enjoyed playing billiards.
Within walking distance (5 minutes) are two beaches - sandy and with small pebbles. There are awnings, umbrellas and sun loungers (paid). In 7 minutes the embankment with cafes, souvenirs, shop. Near the embankment there is a minibus to the city and a small market with vegetables and fruits.
We will be back here again with great pleasure! Moreover, now it is already our native Russian resort!

Rested with family at Villa Hummingbird. The hotel is "turned" for a family vacation. One outdoor pool and two beautiful indoor ones. You can take off your shoes and walk barefoot immediately after entering the gate, which indicates a constant control of cleanliness. A wonderful chef with a varied menu, prices are very reasonable up to half of the coastal restaurants.
