We went to this hotel, as there were no vacancies for 2 weeks in other hotels with a pool throughout the Crimea.

We arrived early in the morning at the hotel, but the check-in was after 14.00. For an early check-in, we decided to pay 2 tr. and do not wait 14 hours with a crowd of tourists, because after passing through the territory they understood in which buildings accommodation would be better, and the likelihood of getting into good buildings is minimized when a large number of tourists are settled.

The unkempt territory caught my eye, the gardener, I think, is not there at all.


The best buildings are "Palma", "Marine" and closer to the pool and the sea. But it is better to take from the 2nd floor, otherwise there will be no view. Standard room, after renovation, good. When we checked in, they gave us towels a day later, as they said that some of them didn’t even have enough bedding. Towels are not allowed to be taken out of the room. The most negative point is the DINING ROOM, called a restaurant. For several days there were queues in the building of the dining room itself, as already described. You go into the dining room there are no mugs, no plates, and if there is, then there is no food. The child refused to go to the dining room, as there was nothing special to choose from and constant hassle due to the need to get utensils and food. How humiliating! One girl asked to take out watermelon, cheese, sausage. She was told that there was nothing, if you need to go to the store)))). Verbatim. The service staff is rude, rude, arguing (they work with students who have not been explained that it is impossible to behave like this with tourists who paid money for all this). I'm not picky, but this is the first time I see such an attitude.
I rested for the same money in better hotels.
