Stayed for a week with family. We saw negative reviews about the hotel, but nothing was found for the planned budget - in connection with the day of the Russian Navy, all the hotels available to us were completely booked and did not find more places.
I am writing to answer the negative - yes, this is a guest house, in fact, and not a hotel, small, in a quiet area, just below Zakharov Square, but close to the sea - we didn’t really need the city center in such heat with traffic jams, but and the ferry is not far away, arriving right in the center of the waterfront.
We felt comfortable here, quiet, comfortable. Service modest - administrator and maid - but quite sufficient. The hotel is clean which is the most important thing.
By the way, yes, the pool is not working now - but it does not matter, what's the point of sitting in the pool if the sea is nearby - 15 minutes!
Quite satisfied for this price.
And we'll be staying there next year.
